「Small town, felt like a comfortable home. The floors, doorways and stairs have the old time historical appeal. Beautiful deck and other amenities were perfect for our needs. The host was very welcoming. Great communication including written suggestions in rooms about house features. High praise and will stay again if in the area.」

「We had the pleasure of visiting Philadelphia for a school tour. Instead of booking a hotel I decided to search for a nice apartment or house that could accommodate 3 teenagers 2 adults and a small dog. The pictures and price per night was exactly what I was looking for. We arrived at the property late Friday night because of the traffic coming from South Carolina. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy and a little frightening. I thought we were lost. Once we found the address and went inside...

Good restaurants within walking distance. Parking with a really large vehicle was only challenge but always found a spot within a block. Recommend this location.」

「This apartment has plenty of room and comes with everything to meet your basic needs. Nothing flashy but very comfortable. Loved the original architectural touches and interesting furnishings. Walls are a bit thin so if you are a light sleeper, you might want to consider some ear plugs. FYI - There was a cookie sheet and the unit has both a smoke detector and CO2 monitor.」

There was a lot of construction going on in the area but I just assume that mean greater amenities in the future. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. 「This is a beautiful big home with a lot of great amenities. Four full bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms is a luxury, especially for the price. We enjoyed the patio and the big dining room table, and the parking pass was a huge bonus. We walked comfortably from the house to the center of town, but it’s a little farther to some of the sights than we expected. However, Uber was easy to use and I would happily stay here again. Gladys was a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating.」

「Girls trip to Philly was made even more special by staying at this property. Central location, great neighborhood. It was cold so we took Lyft or Uber most of the time, however in warmer, less rainy weather could have easily walked to restaurants and bars. Checking in and out was easy and Kevin was quick to respond to my questions. Would highly recommend this property to my friends and family.」

「I brought my teenage daughter and three of her friends to a show at the Fillmore. This home was absolutely perfect. It is only one block from the venue. The home is exactly as pictured. Gabe and Jon were excellent hosts and replied almost instantly for the few questions I had. Sadly we only got to stay for one night, but all five of us can’t wait to book the place again! Street parking was limited, but we made out ok.」
