Great neighborhood
Great house! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Basement was the perfect place to cuddle up and watch Shark Week!!! The COVID pool regulations were not what I expected when I received the notification after booking. Other than the fact you couldn’t use the indoor pool, or the fitness center, not a big deal. The three hour time slots were perfect when traveling with young children, forced them to eat, rest, and discover the nature trail! The only negative was not getting a warm fuzzy feeling from the property manager. The bbq tank was empty upon arrival, we did not get propane until Wednesday. When we arrived there was a crib and high chair on the front porch, let them know it was there....it was there when we left. I understand it was the guests before us, and a rental situation, but I had to live with it for a week. Not the look you had in mind every time you entered the property.

Very nice house
We greatly enjoyed being here. The place had ample room for our group of 7 as well as space to have quiet time if desired. The location was great, not being in the craziness of the traffic and vast amounts of people was definitely a plus. However, it was close to both Lewes and Rehoboth Beach if you desire to go (we did both). The clubhouse was great as well as the amenities it contains especially the pools and hot tub.

My family and I had a wonderful week at the Coastal Club in Lewes. The house was perfect, and it was a pleasure to work with Steve Gilbert on the rental. The kids loved having their own space in the loft. The kitchen and dining area were spacious enough for 10 of us to enjoy our meals together. We loved the pool and swim-up bar. The younger children had tons of fun on the pool slide. There were plenty of activities in close proximity to keep us all busy on both sunny and rainy days. We're looking forward to coming back next summer.
