Property needs updates, wasnt initially clean, living room furniture had to be covered due to odor, check in was like being at an escape room to find the keys and gain entry initially. Too many processes and codes

Bay view condo

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was very convenient to Henlopen State Park with Delaware Bay beach practically out the front door of the bldg. If you're a DQ fan, there's one right across the street. It was very clean & easy to communicate with Vacasa.The listing says 2 BRs plus pull out sofa in separate room, sleeping 6. There is only 1 BR, plus the pull out sofa in the separate room. It only sleeps 4.The sofa and loveseat in the main room are not comfortable for sitting & definitely not large enough for sleeping.I would definitely stay here again but would suggest they change there listing to sleeps 4 & change the living room furniture to something more comfortable.
