Great location close to shopping, restaurants, bay beach and bike trails! The two bedrooms were big and easily fit an air mattress . The house was very clean and the outdoor shower was a big plus. Cons: broken coffee maker, broken toilet seat (we had to fix), broken mattress, electrical issue with lighting and fans, and garbage that had not been taken out so was overflowing. More pros than cons though!

Great And

We really enjoy this house, the location, and the support is great. The reason for the 3 stars on Overall is that the mattresses were folding in to the middle of the bed. We were all having really uncomfortable nights. And with that, we would stay here again. These concerns were shared with the property management team, and I trust they'll make changes.

Great location, clean home

Our family enjoyed our stay. All essentials were provided including ample towels and supplies. We enjoyed the 10m walk to restaurants and shops. The street was quiet and backed right up to the trail which was wonderful for dog walks.

Clean, quiet, safe, bike trail and easy walk to restaurants

The house was very nice, clean and had a fabulous location. Minutes to walk to the center of town where the restaurants/bars are. Also some very nice boutique stores. In addition to all of that, you're steps away from the bike trail. I would most definitely stay there again.

Lewes Stay

When we first got there, the place was spotless! However, the first night when we went to sleep, we realized that one of the bed frames was broken. Called Guest Services the next morning and put in a ticket but, we never heard back from them and the problem was never fixed. Also, both mattresses were very worn down and slanted to the middle dramatically. We also realized the first morning that the Keurig coffee maker didn’t work, and the A/C didn’t work the entire time either. The place and location were beautiful but we were very disappointed that the major appliances and bedding were terrible..

Disappointing

One of the bed frames was broken and both mattresses were very cheap and slanted inward drastically. The Keurig coffee maker didn’t work either. But the big thing is, the A/C didn’t work the entire time. It’s unfortunate because the house itself was very clean and pretty, along with the neighborhood, but major appliances and bedding not being checked before guests check in is very unacceptable.

Adorable Dutch Colonial in Lewes

This house was an adorable 2 bedroom historic exterior feel. Quiet street backed up to the walking trail. Walking distance to town which was great. Big kitchen and living room space which was totally comfortable for hanging out. I met my neice who was flying in from Mexico who I haven’t seen in years and we had an epic girls weekend in Lewes and this house was perfect for us. So comfy like being at home. The trail access was ideal.
