The host, Carrera, was very responsive and had helpful recommendations for restaurants. Easy check in and check out. I would stay here again.”

“The apartment was great, however I stayed in the same building two weeks earlier and paid half the price for the same floor plan, on parents weekend. The LSU game, homecoming and horse races booted jacked the prices! It was a great unit though!”

“My sister and I visited Lexington for a girl’s trip! The loft was great for the most part. I have 1 major complaint and 1 minor complaint. The major complaint is that even though there is a mini-split air conditioning unit, it was not sufficient for the size of the loft because the bedroom did not get any of the air conditioning. That made sleeping very hot and uncomfortable. I think in the Fall when it is not hot or in the Spring before it has warmed up, the mini split works just fine. However,……

“We stayed for a weekend in October, and the rental worked out just fine as a "home base" for exploring Lexington and Red River Gorge. We stayed the weekend of Keeneland races and the price was very reasonable. There were several issues with the cleanliness of the property when we arrived (stained sheets and towels, smoky smells in the apartment, etc) but the host (Daniel) was very polite and responsive and offered to try to make it right when the issues were communicated. “This property is updated, modern, and very clean. It has a very large walk-in shower in the primary bedroom and a shower and tub in the guest bedroom. Both baths have dual sinks. It's a little pricey, but if you are looking for location, location, location, this is the place! Easy walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Lex e.g. Frank & Dinos and Dudley's. Loved Stella's Deli for breakfast, too. We were there for Keeneland racing and UK football. UK won on Saturday night and……

“My husband and I stayed a couple nights as we worked on our bourbon trail, this was a great location for hitting multiple distilleries. The apartment was nicely furnished, the host was easy and great with communication…would recommend this place as a great place to stay. Oh, if you are looking for something to do give the railroad bikes a try, it was a great experience.”
