Pros and Cons
Pros: The house is very centrally located. Very easy access to everything in Lexington. Plenty of on sight parking. Very nice deck and porch area. Cons: An extremely uncomfortable sofa. We could not sit and watch TV in the evenings. Floors were very squeaky. There is no moving around quietly in the night or morning. The plumbing is old. You will either freeze, or get scalded if someone uses water while you shower. Mattresses are old and sag in the middle. People living downstairs were quite loud on a few occasions, and took up a lot of parking space.

Nicely remodeled rental
Property was close to everything and clean. When I was booking the rental I wasn't aware that I wouldn't be able to talk directly to the owner thru the VRBO app. I did finally get an email address and phone number, tried to email the owner but got no response. There were differences in the check in and out times, I went with the listing on VRBO. Wifi password also didn't work. Not a big deal, luckily I could Hotspot my phone. Overall, pleased with the rental.
