"We had the most amazing stay at the W. The staff was absolutely wonderful. I will say that the room was a little “lived in”. The leather was very worn on the sofa and there were stains on the throws. However, the property is beautiful, the staff was more than helpful, kind and accommodating and the food was fantastic. "I stayed at this hotel many times in the the past landing in Liberia Airport and it has been a decent stay. My most recent stay I booked a standard king room but when I arrived they said that they no longer have the room I booked and offered a renovated double room on the top floor which I took. I arrived at 3pm and there was a line to check in and the process seemed to take extremely long despite having all three check-in desks operating. The renovated room was definitely much nicer than their aging rooms, but the water pressure was very weak and the water was neither hot or cold. There are a few good restaurants and cafés within a 5 minute walk which were a plus."
