The rest of our stay was satisfactory but it left me wondering what else they cut corners on. Also, the air conditioning made a weird wheezing sound. 「The pool was not open, so no pool. The beds & bedding were very comfortable. The bathroom was fine except for the very short shower curtain and water all over the floor when showering.」

「One of the best family hotels around. I brought my children of ages 3mo, 16, 13, and 11 to this hotel and it did not disappoint. The restaurant that is attached, Tori Blue was very nice. The indoor pool gave the children something to do while I was able to get some focused gym time as well. The aesthetic of the hotel is absolutely stunning. This is a very peaceful hotel with exceptionally kind and accommodating staff members. Rooms were spacious and clean. No issues at all over Easter weekend....

「Clean Room, Great Staff」

「The staff was on the phone and inattentive while checking us in. Zero hospitality. The room was so basic. You could see the metal bedframe. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. We called and asked for a new room and they were matter of fact and said we don’t have another room. And offered for us to check out for a refund. 4 days later the “refund manager” still hasn’t called us 」

「Our room wasn't cleaned properly as anytime we stepped into the shower our feet were covered in dirt, furniture was covered in dust, bed looked stained and had signs of mildew, lamps were covered in something I couldn't recognize. No wifi despite it advertising free high speed internet. Signal on the television was constantly going in and out. Tv remote was also broken as some buttons didn't work. Shower was broken and had an exposed rusty nail. Food from whoever stayed in that room before was...
