“The stay at the hotel was a great experience for our first time in Barcelona. We had the family connecting room, the room was spacious and comfortable. The main thing we have to mention is that the staff's service is excellent, especially the front-desk employee Gloria, she was our angel during our stay. “The hotel is not bad, location is great, but Very bad service at reception. They try to over charge you on things and take a long time both check in and check out. Tried to make a complaint to the front desk manager and he was not willing to even listen . ”

“Excellent small hotel with about 30 rooms. Excellent service, breakfast included, and hospitality with option to make changes on-site despite prepaid online reservations by major agencies. Just be aware that its location, on a busy pedestrian road in Gothic district, can make some rooms noisy at night. I enjoyed the hotel immensely despite some of the nigh noise.”

“I can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t have any… there weee so many places to eat on the doorstep. This is a lovely hotel in a great place. There was works right outside but it didn’t bother us as the windows were sound proof. Lovely staff who were on hand to do anything. Lovely touches with chocolates & sweets in reception if you fancied. Lovely latte on arrival & was given some great info on area. The room was lovely, beds comfy & I would defo recommend or stay again. ”

The hotel is located in the city center, so it is very convenient to get around. The main entrance gate is small and it took some time for me to find it. “The hotel is centrally located. Tons of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very charming and historic. Beautiful place and the staff was so helpful.”

“Hotel located in pedestrian zone so it's impossible to park a car in front of the hotel which cause very inconvenient to carry luggages in and out. You need to move all the luggages by walking from abt 5-10 mins away. The entrance of road is under repair, make it more complicated. At night time, some people talking loudly even fighting at downstairs. Old town zone makes me feel the secrity isn't good. All facilities in toilet quite old but very reasonable price. ”
