"This hotel is in the heart of Santa Cruz, within it’s little charming hallway of streets, walking distance to everything you might need or want. My room was basic, but it was what I needed. There was an issue with the shower, which was quickly resolved. The staff was so helpful, they even heated up a food item I brought from outside. I loved it and would stay here again. "

"Hotel is very well located close to Alcazar and Catedral. Everything in Seville is easy walking. Only issue wirh hotel is we had a good ground floor room but couldn't open the windows as lots of little midges and ants due to moisture and plants directly outside. I think the Hotel is aware of problem. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Bed and bathroom all top rate."
