I’ve been on vacation for 1-1/2 weeks and bar none, this was the nicest hotel I had stayed in, everything about it was great, the bed, the shower, the way to control the temperature, The staff, the breakfast, everything I wished I would have stayed there more nights than I did.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The easy check-in, the room was very nice and comfortable, breakfast (with an amazing view) was plentiful and delicious. We came into Lienz on the train and it was an easy walk to the hotel from the station. The hotel is conveniently located a few hundred feet from one end of the shopping district, which leads to the town square. Having the service point was helpful - I was able to get a few needed supplies and if we needed to wash clothes (which we did not), the availability of washers and dryers was nice to know about. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice stay

Room very modern and clean. Service extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Only two small points for improvement: 1) there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom sink. I think it may be from the strange waste valve canister which was used as an alternative to a standard plumbing P-trap. 2) the bed was slightly uncomfortable — kind of thin and springy feeling. But everything else was good during our stay.

1. Completely new apartment hotel decorated with Beautiful White Oak Flooring, getting rid of the old style carpet, which is definitely a smart decision to make convenience for guests and avoid unpleasant smell from carpet. Long Wide Planks installed in the reception areas enhance the elegance of the facility. 2. Harry's Hotel is definitely friendly for family travelling with kids. I have two kids with me, both of whom got separate bedding. This is one of my best accommodations travelling in Europe. 3. Harry's home is also equipped with washer and dryer. Swipe your card and wash and rock on the road again!! 4. Employees and the boss man are very helpful with my booking in Graz even though I didn't choose because of no two continuous nights available. 5. Different from Airbnb homeowners, Harry's homes are chain stores all over Austria and scattered in Germany and Switzerland, offering varieties of breakfast. I would expect them growing their business all over Europe and then I will apply for a loyal member.

We loved staying here in Lienz! The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The hotel was very close to the downtown area of Lienz so we could walk to dinner. The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet is really good!

Lovely modern room, very nicely decorated. Comfy cosy bed, powerful big shower, good air conditioning. Hotel is perfectly located just off the top of the main street. Short walk to the train station and lido.

Eigentlich alles gut, aber gebucht war ein Zimmer mit „Doppelbett oder 2 Einzelbetten“. Bei der Buchung war auch das Foto eines Doppelbettes angezeigt. Da in der Beschreibung kleingedruckt „Queen Bett“ stand, habe ich bei der Buchung um ein Doppelbett (180x200) sowie um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten. Erhalten haben wir ein Zimmer mit Queen Bett und direkt am Aufzug. Als wir (spaet) ankamen, war die Rezeption bereits nicht mehr besetzt - die Kommentare bei der Buchung wurden aber offensichtlich nicht gelesen (oder ignoriert).
