This was an excellent place to bring my elder parents for a much needed get away. The elevator was a must for their accessibility. The only things I would change is a keurig coffee maker. We bought our own coffee pods and couldn’t use them. Also, the toilets are too low and the older folks have a hard time getting back on their feet, installing grab bars for disabled could help. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. We would do this again,

Great location

Property lives up to the pictures. Short walk to beach, lots of good resturants close by. Hot tub was great. We had a great time. Only negatives were that the couch as seen better days and could stand to be replaced and the TV is so large it feels a bit like sitting in the front row at the movie theater. I would stay here again.

Relaxing weekend

We had a lovely and relaxing weekend at the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The views were lovely, and the hot tub was an excellent and relaxing highlight. It was a very satisfying stay at the beach.

Cute with amazing views

The property was clean and so cute. Had everything you would need. Unfortunately the fireplace wasn't working for our stay, but thats okay there was plenty of heat from the heaters. There was no soap for the kitchen sink,but there was dish soap. It was overall a fantastic place to stay.

It was beautiful! The views were amazing ! The kiddos loved the private spa ! Well we all enjoyed it ! Property was clean ! I will say maybe going in and updating alittle needing some paint on baseboards and some different things. But overall clean ! Perfect lovely location.

Great beach view & quick beach access

The location & view was perfect ! The only issues I had was the couches were very short to the floor , an older person would have a very hard time getting up . The kitchen utensils need to be upgraded, torn and very used . Not a whole lot of small spoons . Overall was a great stay

Great condo with beautiful view!

Had a group of 4 of us stay 3 nights and 2 more adults joined us for one of those nights. Great condo - we really enjoyed our time at this 4th floor condo. We used the kitchen every day there was plenty of space and appliances, dishes, spices. The ocean views are stellar. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Was very happy with our stay!

The reservation got mixed up with another persons reservation. Some chairs at the dining table lost a few screws. The rest went well.

Excellent Condo!

This unit is furnished to the max. Excellent assortment of pots and pans, and the spice selection really helped us to put together some great meals. The electric BBQ was over the top! I wish all units had one. When we arrived the elevator was out, but management was right on it and fixed in a couple hours (hey, stuff happens). The view, the unit and the hot tub made for a very enjoyable stay.

Disappointing stay

This was the most disappointing stay at Pacific Winds we have ever had and we stay there every year.The very old, tattered furniture was uncomfortable to the point of causing us back aches. There were no clothes hangers and we were staying ten days so wanted to unpack but needed to purchase hangers first. There was no salt or pepper which are usually found in these units. There was a spice rack that was mostly empty and so dirty I wouldn’t have used anything in it anyway. The frying pans were so crusty that we decided to eat out instead of using the kitchen which we typically do a few times. We did make toast a couple of times and do appreciate that the toaster worked. The place was dusty, especially the bedroom headboard which looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. We love Pacific Winds and will stay there in the future, just not this disappointing unit.

Ocean view-minus the view out the main window

The main window in the living room that overlooks the ocean is clouded, and some reason they have not replaced it. The washing machine smells musty and dirty like mold. I called the manager and they never returned my call, poor management.

Would Not Recommend

I put off writing this review 5 days. I wanted to be sure I included a few positives & didn’t just focus on the negatives. We’ve been renting condos at Pacific Winds for years, this is the first time we’ve had a negative report to share. It’s true, check in & check out are easy. It’s true communication w/the mgmt co is easy & responsive. It’s even true the condo is mostly clean & the beds are comfortable. But I should have caught a clue from the reviews of past guests & the same cookie cutter responses to every review. Two windows & a door in the living room overlooking the ocean, the middle window has a film that does not allow you to see through clearly; mentioned by multiple guests for months & still not addressed. The Kitchen has limited & basic items.The silverware only includes 5 teaspoons but there are several knives & dish soap included…the igniters for the gas stove were wonky and dangerous to start / shut down. There is a toaster included, but it was broken. Two words, college furniture … both sofas & the accent chair are so damaged from long use, they are unusable & should be removed. The dining table is creaky & feels unstable. We reserved for a week, literally, not a comfortable piece of furniture to sit in or relax in the entire condo. Only 1500 characters allowed, I’ll use my last few to remind you there are better condos to enjoy a comfortable stay and the beautiful views and the location at Pacific Winds. Functional, yes. Comfortable, no. Would not recommend.
