「Excellent location very close to Lincoln Cathedral.」

「We had emailed the hotel three times before our arrival to book a table in the restaurant and received no reply. Upon arriving at the hotel we were told that the restaurant was fully booked and that we could eat in the bar until 9pm. Unfortunately this message was given to many other patrons and the bar was overflowing with people trying to find seats and order food. A group already sat at a table said we could have their table as it was obvious there was no chance of getting served. We...

「Lovely stay」

「Comfortable 」

「The location is excellent for the castle and cathedral. It’s an old building and therefore not ‘flashy’ but it has character. We received a friendly welcome and the staff team were very helpful. 「Worth a stay」

「First impressions of the hotel were excellent and overall it is a lovely place with generally attentive staff. All was going well and the receptionist said that we were lucky as our room was air conditioned, while others were not. We had been allocated room 6 and on opening the door there was an interesting staircase which split in two at a small landing with one set of stairs going to the bedroom, with the other leading to the shower room. Getting between the rooms you have to be very...

「it is really nice hotel, staff are nice, food also good.」

「Rooms are very tired, dated and not standardised, carpets very dirty in rooms. Television reception was so poor that made viewing anything not possible. Wifi worked, not all televisions were smart in that couldn't view streaming services. Some rooms still have single glazing, meaning cold and very noisy. The kitchen was okay but missing many things like bowls, poorly equipped. Entrance was unlit, making later arrival difficult as unable to see entrance and unable to enter code. Cleaning...
