「 It seems that the staff are not used to greet guests good morning and the like. Also ,the restaurant is under renovation until end March, so reduced breakfast has to be served inside room. The environment outside the hotel is good,though, with many restaurants nearby.」

「離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。 雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。 服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。」

「Very nice hotel in Bailgate, we will return here on our next visit to Lincoln. A special mention for Chris who located an important lost letter for my wife and sent it to us the next day. The White Hart also has a great restaurant.」

「Pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend. Room was spacious and clean. Loved the wines glasses! The breakfast was perfectly adequate and the shared kitchen clean and pleasant to sit in. We paid for carpark and were allowed to leave car the next for a visit of the city. A nice 20 minutes walk along the canal. Host very prompt and polite by text once we had booked. Great price for the convenience and facilities. Thank you ☺️ 」

「The property was very quirky and modern and only 5 mins walk from the Cathedral quarter. Our stay was very comfortable and everything we needed in the property was there. A Fabulous place to stay and very reasonably priced too. Would highly recommend, and will be back when we visit Lincoln again.」
