"My biggest complaint is that my husband and I were told that the shuttle to the airport leaves on every hour and half hour. We told them we needed to leave at 6:30 a.m. They said to be out in the lobby at 6:20. We got there at 5:50 planning to get some free breakfast before we left. But as we started to go into the breakfast room, a group of about 5 people arrived and said they must get on the 6:30 shuttle and that the rest of their group would take a later shuttle. However, it turned out there's only one shuttle and it only seats 4 or 5 people. So my husband and I were forced to get on the 6:00 shuttle because evidently the larger group was taking up all of the 6:30 shuttle and probably the 7:00 one also. So we ended up going to the airport 4 hours before our flight and without any breakfast."

"We liked the fact that they had parking since we were leaving out of Ohare and not coming back for a week. And the shuttle to the airport made that easy. Alaso we were leaving early before the breakfast was open but they had "to go" breakfast bags which we thought was very nice. The room was fine. Adequate and met our needs."
