"This hotel is centrally located in Lisbon and looks regal from approach. Staff were friendly, the room was in good shape and a decent value for the money. The rooms could use more outlets, but it sounds like renovations are beginning this month. Our room had a great view of the castle! The rooftop bar is best for drinks rather than food, but had great views of the city. The veranda restaurant was fantastic in both view and food, although somewhat expensive. As mentioned in other reviews, there is one border of the hotel that looks a little sketchy, so just enter and exit from one of the 3 other locations. "
"The staff is very professional ,anything you need they have the right answer ,they take their time to explain in detail and make sure that you understand .I travel thru the world but I never saw such a great and smooth check in ,check out ,information ,good coffee clean hotel .WOW , that’s all I can say !"
