「Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.」

「I had a very nice stay ! The hotel is clean and very comfortable. However, the staff is not the most friendly and didn't bring up my attention on calling taxi cost. The cost is 5 times more expensive than usual and I only know when the taxi driver charged me.」

「The room, bathroom and the hotel as a whole are extremely clean. Location is excellent as it's one of the main streets of the city. The pastel de nata which they offer is a huge bonus- this is a must try if it's your first time visiting Portugal. During my stay in Lisbon, I was sadly pickpocketed, leaving me without a phone.
