House for summer holiday rental situated in Azenhas do Mar, (AL Local Lodging License 10718) 2 minutes by foot from Azenhas do Mar beach, with natural swimming pool, restaurantes and 10 minutes from Praia das Maçãs beach.
This romantic house has a very nice garden with a private swimming pool (10m x 4,20m) and an excellent view to the sea/Atlantic ocean.
It has 3 bedrooms, all of them with view towards the sea, 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with jacuzzi.
It has a full equipped kitchen and a living and dinning room with fireplace and a lovely view to the swimming pool and to the sea. Earlier morning there are fishing boats 500 m in front of the house and you can also heard and watch the lovely gulls flying above the sea.

It is located in a very important and historical place as it was in the ancient century the summer resort of the Portuguese kings.

Surroundings: 5 Km from Colares, a demarcated wine-growing region, famous for its excellent wine, which can be tasted in “Adega Regional de Colares”. In 15 km far you can find Guincho /Cascais where the world championship of windsurf is held and famous for the kyte surf. Sintra, world heritage site declared by UNESCO, is 10 Km far from and has historic monuments like Moorish Castle, Monastery of Capuchos, Monserrate Palace, National Palace, Pena Palace, Quinta da Regaleira, Seteais Palace and fabulous botanical gardens. Near Lisbon, the capital: Lisbon, the capital is only 40 Km far from Quinta do Mar where you can find great historical value monuments, theatres, cinemas, Parque das Nacoes (theme park) where had been held the Expo 98, shopping areas, zoo and typical restaurants where you can take the excellent traditional Portuguese cooking while listening the famous Fado, for instance in Bairro Alto.
