Lovely, Relaxing Family Stay

We enjoyed our stay very much; our room was one of the largest we've ever stayed in, very clean and with such comfortable beds, the property is also on lovely grounds. The children enjoyed playing in the salt water pool situated right outside our room, and our wonderful host Maria even dug out some floaties for them to use in there. Maria goes out of her way to make you feel at home, assisting with travel (taxi/ train) and restaurant information, and is always on hand to help with anything else you need during your stay. We will definitely stay again.

Nice stay

Good clean property, nice owners. One advantage is that the owners are on property so there is no issue with late arrival. Would stay again if in the area. The only suggestion I'd have is to give better instructions on driving to the property, google takes you to a slightly off location.

A little slice of paradise! The old converted farmhouse is beautiful and charming. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the room huge by any standard especially for Europe. Beautiful pool and fruit and flower trees everywhere! Two very sweet but large dogs, so keep that in mind if tou are afraid of dogs. My eight-year-old and four-year-old loved them. You need a car here as everything is a 5 minute drive away including the train. The host was for than helpful and accommodating, helping you plan your visit, providing train tickets etc. We loved our stay here and plan on being back.

Sehr nette und angenehme Betreuung, familiäre Atmosphäre, grosszügige und saubere Zimmer, grosses Areal mit Aussenpool (war zu unserer Jahreszeit noch nicht benutzbar) und Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

L’endroit est parfait pour une petite famille qui désire s’installer quelques jours et qui voyage en auto. La piscine, la cuisine et la belle grandeur de la chambre sont des plus. Nous étions en train et en taxi, le soir venu, les options étaient limitées pour nous. Nous sommes restés une seule nuit, nous n’avons pas pu profiter des installations. Fantastique séjour. L’établissement est très propre et notre chambre était plus grand que j’imaginais. Vraiment une style authentique et charmante. Lantligt boende utanför Lissabon

En fin gammal gård från 1700-talet omvandlad till ett litet intimt pensionat med pool och stor trädgård. Väldigt trevliga och gästfria värdar som tar hand om sina gäster på ett opretentiöst och vänligt sätt. Här kan man ta det lugnt eller ha som bas för besök i Lissabon och Sintra.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The new owner made us feel very welcome. The added touches in the room were very appreciated, lovely fruit a complimentary bottle of fabulous wine and beer and drinks in the fridge. The cold buffet breakfast was delicious. On our last day we left our bags and went to the beach. They graciously kept our bags and when we returned they let us use the small communal kitchen for our picnic and the communal shower to rinse off all of the sand. It really let us extend our time in the region. Two nearby restaurants were also delicious and within walking distance.
