Excellent . Beautiful place and beaches. Restaurants were good, the only slight critique would be the building works and the early noise from the builders but it wasn’t really that bad. Would like to return next year

Amazing Villa!
This villa really is as great as it looks! I could not fault a thing. So much space here, really nicely furnished, comfortable beds, impeccably clean, wonderful views and great pool area. So much is also provided here, like beach towels, music and many essential food items. This is a great base in a quiet location within easy walking distance to a choice of restaurants, bars and the beach. So much to see by car also within easy reach to Óbidos, Sintra, Lisbon, Berlengas island and Nazare to name afew! Carlos was a very friendly and helpful host, making sure we enjoyed our time there and had everything we needed. I would definitely return and highly recommend! Thank you Carlos and Tina 😊

Great holiday!
Property was great, clean and tidy and offered everything we would expect from such a place. great views of the beach and sun all day at the back of the property. Carlos was a very good host and we could contact anytime over our stay. Pool was good and the kids were in every day, they loved it . best beach is in Peniche so recommend you try that . Local beach is better for surfers. places to visit on your stay , Obidos, boat trips from Peniche , Sintra, Overall very happy with the property and had a great time.

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful holiday in Praia da Areia Branca. This was our first holiday on the Atlantic Coast of Portugal - the climate is lovely, hot and sunny with a good mix of cooling sea breezes and cloudy breaks. The house is modern, luxurious, with all the expected extras like good showers, en suite, air con, laundry room, good TV and coffee machine. Beautiful view of the coast. Small but good pool, plenty of sun loungers. The village is a surf town with some good restaurants (top pick is Salty Bar for excellent service, atmosphere, good food and amazing sunsets, and 100 Pragus White Sands Club for the best fish and local fare - much better than overrated neighbour Foz!). Top tip: don't book your car in Lisbon airport- get taxi transfer to the house and book with locals Praia da Areia Branca car hire - much cheaper and you need a car as the supermarket is 3km, although there is a spar with basics 10mins walk. All restaurants 10min walk, medium uphil on the way home...worth it for the views! Recommend visiting beautiful towns of Obidos and Sintra, and for kids the local DinoKart gokarting was a real highlight. The beaches in Praia da Areia Branca are wild - good for surfing but a little dangerous for swimming. Carlos was so helpful and kind. We highly recommend visiting! We hope to return.

Super location in stunning villa with ocean views
We loved the proximity to local restaurants which we walked to each night. The villa was immaculate and well equipped with beautiful views of the ocean. We used it as a base to explore the region and found Carlos to be extremely helpful.

Beautiful property. Great location
We stayed for 9 nights. The property is really nice and spacious. It is walking distance to the beach with lots of daily activities and nightlife. There was an issue with the pool pump and Carlos fixed it promptly. Overall excellent property and management.

Perfect villa
It was the perfect villa, well equipped, extremely clean with great views and loads of space. The owners made us very welcome. Our stay couldn't have been better. 5 Star+. Very quiet area, easy walk to restaurants and beaches and just a short drive to amenities. Would certainly recommend it and we would definitely like to go back.

Beautiful house and location
This is a very beautiful house from top to bottom. It has absolutely everything you could wish for to a very high speck. We had a lovely time playing in the pool, enjoying the view,playing pool in the basement and using the house as a great base to explore the immediate village and surrounding area. We particularly enjoyed the Foz restaurant, Sintra and Obidos. Carlos is a great host and greeted us warmly and was supportive of us in any issues we raised during our stay.
