“This is a relatively new property with amazing sea views and a great breakfast spread. But that is the only positive. The housekeeping is below par. The front office is often manned by newly recruited staff who are clueless and do not have the necessary skills and knowledge to manage guests, Our room (upgraded 1st day room and subsequent room the next day) had a stream of red ants all over the room. The housekeeping staff had to be called in late at night (well past 10 o’clock) to clean the……
“The room was very nice and clean the staff friendly. The only issue was the restaurant Teatro was hit or miss. Food was fine, sometimes only warm, but service was sporadic. Sometimes friendly sometimes not attentive. We didn’t understand why they asked us our room number. It only confused us because we thought they wanted to charge the room. But that wasn’t the case which was fine because we wanted to pay cash. Just didn’t understand why they needed that.”
“nothing
The air conditioner did not cool the room. Staff came and adjusted it, but it still was hot in the room all night.
The blackout curtain next to the bed would not go down, se we were up with the sun.
In the morning we found the clothes in the suitcase were wet. The A/C is above the TV, which is above platform for the suitcase. The A/C had dripped condensate into the suitcase.
I complained at check out. I was told that the guest who stayed there the night before had misadjusted the……

“The staff were very welcoming and lovely. The room was clean and stocked with treats, the spa was sensational, and the meals were great. We did ask for our room to be cleaned and only the bed was made - they did not remove used drink glasses, wipe surfaces, or replenish the coffee pods for our espresso machine. But the drinks were strong, the pool was gorgeous, and overall very happy with our experience!”
