“The man at reception was great but the accommodation was terrible: the e stayed in a room which looked like a coffin, found a bottle of something which looked like drugs, random coat hangers, so many drawers which contained screws, dirty shower which switched between hot and cold constantly…. The “sea view room” overlooked a flat roof and couldn’t view the sea… laundry was being done throughout the night which kept us awake. ”
