“Stayed for about 3 weeks. Great location, comfortable suites. House keeping lady Ingrid was super nice and considerate. She did great job.”

“I stayed here with my family over the Thanksgiving long weekend, and although it was very busy, staff were always super attentive and kind. They have underground parking for a small daily fee with in-and-out access, which was super convenient. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly very good and had lots of variety for the kids. The DIY waffles were a hit! We also loved the pool. It was never too busy and both the deck and pool were very clean. Overall, the property was clean and very well……

“Goodnand friendly, outside was cold. Let me check in earlier!! Nice.”

“It was a horrible experience for our family. The check-in staff and staff in restaurant were nice and polite, apart from this, this hotel just did not fulfill the expectation on Sheraton brand. First, we arrived at the hotel at after 5pm, but the rooms were still not ready to check-in; the staff offered free breakfast for compensation. Next, when we came back to the hotel at night time and prepare to take a bath, there was no hot water supply in the entire hotel, we called the service hotline……

“My stay was great. The staff were truly helpful. Housekeeping was a bit difficult for me to find when I needed them but overall great experience and the coffee shop downstairs is pretty good and open super late.”

“Perfect location, friendly staff, excellent room and bed!!!”

“寬敞舒適”

“出行方便，工作人员服务热情”

“Very chic hotel, the rooms were clean, the staff was helpful, close to downtown so you can park in the underground parking garage and walk to explore the city”

“We booked gold experience room, but we got a room without batub. I did not know what kind of special experience we would have, also not known that we can check in on 4th floor, so it make us waiting in the lobby! First wrong impression is Valet parking, very inefficiency! Main extrence is very crowded especially during the time around checking in / out. Need vehicle required QR code is good idea, but it show 45 mins. is making us nurvus when we plan to leave. Although I am not satisfy……

“I had a wonderful stay at the Don Club Bed and Breakfast. My room was spotless and very comfortable, and Elodie was so warm and welcoming. The fresh, homemade breakfast was a highlight—a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel extra special. I felt right at home as a solo traveller and would happily recommend it. I’ll definitely be back!”

“非常整潔，地點亦極之便利。早上可步行到橋上散步。櫃檯服務員非常有禮貌和熱心。”

“早餐還可以，床乾淨、舒服”

“Moxy is very clean, front desk staff friendly, love that the beds are separated by the bathroom, it makes it more private . Like there is parking on site as well. Very nice hotel.”
