1. For your safety there is no climbing on the homes.
2. We love a safe environment so no drugs or smoking allowed in homes or other areas. There is a designated outside non drug smoking section
3. Please respect your neighbors with noise and kindness
4. Owners Pool by owners house is not included for use
5. No extra guests allowed that were not included at booking.
6. Service dogs with legitimate proof and with deposit allowed but…. No support animals
7. Enjoy and have fun!
8. No feeding the goats any type of anything except for the goat food provided for you. Thank you they are mini’s and their stomachs are super sensitive for some reason

We loved this little getaway for the weekend! The hobbit house was very clean and nicely decorated. Great amenities and nice gift bag provided. The towels were soft and the beds were comfy. My kids had a lot of fun feeding the goats and taking a ride on the paddle boat. The host Dean was fantastic! I have never had a host so nice and accommodating. We plan to return to the Sasquatch Ranch! Definitely recommend.

My two daughters and I had a great time at Sasquatch Ranch! Between the goats, paddle boat, corn hole, gas grill and outdoor fireplaces, fresh eggs in our fridge upon our arrival (YUM!) and the super cute and clean place we couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and low stress overnight stay. Dean was an amazing and kind host, making sure we had everything we needed and even gave us treats for the goats! They were so sweet and funny and each had such a different personality… The property was quiet and quaint, it made it so easy to unwind playing games and having drinks by the pond. I’m so glad we stumbled upon this little diamond in the rough! Dean even left a gift bag of Sasquatch Ranch goodies, what a nice surprise! (Even 2 mini wines!)
