The property was very stylish and nicely layed out. Furniture is what you may call 'has had a good innings' a bit tired, could do with updating as padding is a bit flat.Washer machine needs a really good clean, attention to the door seal, as had a very strange smell coming from it and mould. Nothing that a good bit of elbow greese couldn't sort out.Needed more glasses and plates, as only had enougth for 5 guests, not 11 guests as stated it sleeps. Had to buy my own for the remaining guests i had staying with me.Over all, the accommodation was great, good location and just what i needed to meet family close by

Negatives - games room a massive let down booked specifically for my ADHD kid to occupy him, the arcade game didn't work, the pool table was a small one and even then was unable to play with a full size cue due to size or the shed which was cold and ABIT grotty, toilet seat broken and wasn't fixed, no heating on when we arrived all radiators were set to 1, no cork screw for wine, old sweets behind the bed, I don't think it was worth what we paid for a small family. Positives- good WiFi, comfy bed and nice big rooms, kitchen was nice except was lacking some essentials like oil would have been nice and cork screw, parking too was good I think for a large group this would be worth the money but wasn't worth it for us 3 adults needing separate rooms and one child.
