“Ranjani is the best host ever. Very attentive to all our needs. Always greets us to make sure we have everything we need. Apartment is always clean, and she even provides snacks for us when we arrive. We have stayed at her property 3 times this year and will make it our first choice in the future when we are visiting Baton Rouge”

“Very bad property not a Premier Host at all. Worse property I’ve ever been at. Bad area many vagrants around here. Mold on property base boards, no internet worked the whole time. The host knows it doesn’t work and reply’s with resetting the modem which doesn't work. Very noisy upstairs and all around property. Rats in the apartment looked big like they been there a while. Place smells like pee like rodents peeing every where. Had to use 3 cans of Lysol to disinfect this place. DONT……

“ The common hallways smelled of Pot, were dirty, and frankly the elevator was scary.We were stuck in our room the first morning because of misinformation that the management staff gave us. Our rental was booted and we lost our morning getting this rectified.”

“Our stay at this property was due to a family member’s injury that lead to 40 days in the local trauma center. Our Host was so understanding and accommodating to allow us to extend our stay week by week. Unit is located in a great safe location with access to many restaurants within 10 minute drives. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. And it has an attached garage!!”
