「The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The facilities were a great bonus, and the breakfast was very nice. The overall cleanliness and comfort of the room were good. There were just a few minor issues. There weren't enough plug sockets, which was a slight inconvenience. The mirror light in the bathroom appeared to be stuck on, making the bathroom feel extremely hot, almost like a sauna. The bedside lamps also didn't work properly and just flickered. 「Firstly, the chalet was very difficult to find. The host only gave us the instruction to check the map outside reception. After having to find a member of bar staff (as reception had closed by the time of our arrival), we were told this map had long been removed. Secondly, the chalet had a mould issue.
