「A tidy, clean and well appointed apartment located on the ground floor of a home in a residential neighborhood. Occupants enter by walking a stone path to the rear of the home. Lovely wooded backyard makes for a nice view from back patio. The host is first rate. Very communicative and kind. Ideal for the two night stay we had. We would return if back in Concord area again.」

「Our daughter got married this past weekend. We were looking for a place that was pretty close to the venue since we lived out of town that would accommodate our large family. We luckily found this lake house at Badin Lake. It was absolutely perfect for our family and accommodated all of us. We love the game room and the view of the lake. Every day from every part of the house was gorgeous. We definitely will be back.」

「I booked a one night stay for my bestfriends 21st birthday. The host was more than accommodating and nice enough to let me see the house in person a couple days before since I put decorations up and wanted to see how it would be set up. There was 3bed rooms with 2 queen size beds and king size bed, with 3 bathrooms, 2 extra air mattresses. We had about 20 people over and there was more than enough room for parking and there was lots of towels for the jacuzzi. House had lots of kitchen ware and...

「The house was beautiful inside. It was very clean and cozy . The beds were very comfortable. Teresa the host was very attentive and got back right away with us about any questions we had . We loved the game room in the basement. The pool in neighborhood is awesome with great view of lake! It’s such wonderful family atmosphere. We had very relaxing peaceful time and hope to go back again soon.」
