All the staff from reception, to waiting and cleaning were all very charming and welcoming. My room was very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had the best selection I have ever seen in any hotel around the world. Good old fashioned Polish hospitality. If you are staying in Lodz, you need to stay here.

Nice centrally located boutique hotel.

Lovely Junior suire for three adults. Very professional and helpful staff. Good wifi, parking. Plentuful complimentary breakfast. A lot of nice extras. Wr were surprised to dee crowds at breakfast area and queer for a coffee with large tourist group. Maybe it eould be good to arrange that large hroups come between 7.30 anf 8.30 and individual customers between 8.43-11. Than everyone will be seated comfortably.

The hotel is very opulent and beautiful, the room itself was excellent and we appreciated the air conditioning in the heatwave, the bed was extremely comfortable and the room nice and quiet. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on that. My only criticisms would be that the towels are quite small, the shower did not drain very quickly so had to stand in it for a while before opening doors to prevent flooding, and our room was not refreshed/cleaned when we had requested it so we had to then ask reception for fresh towels and more toilet paper which wasn't ideal

We were only there for 2 nights but felt it was an excellent choice. A lovely, friendly hotel with excellent staff. The hotel is a lot bigger than it appears from outside and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bed was particularly comfortable and I slept really well. Tea and coffee making facilities were in the room although there was no milk provided. The dining room was very pleasant and the food was superb. There was so much choice and it was top quality and well presented. I understand there is a fitness room but we didn't check it out so cannot comment. Unfortunately there was some rain whilst we were visiting and it was great that the hotel has a good stock of umbrellas for its guests to borrow. I would definitely stay there again.

Outstanding stay on piotrowska street

Great hotel in a great location. Piotrkowska is such a beautiful street. We were delighted with our decision to stay here. The bed was very comfortable. It would have been nice to have some body lotion in the room. I just always assume hotels will have those types of amenities (and I didn’t bring any). Breakfast was a fantastic buffet, so delicious. I felt catered to. They brought extra water and ice to our room for us when requested. Customer service was above par. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lodz. We paid for parking on site. Very interesting driving through the tiny arched driveways. Tight fit, but so nice to have that parking for our vehicle. There are all kinds of restaurants along and beyond Piotrkowska. A very hip vibe for Lódz.

Excellent find! From the moment we entered (during massive street music festival) to the goodbye 4 days later this was our home in Lodz. Pietryna is new, located in fully renovated historic buildings, with respect for history and a nod to modern design. Very comfortable bed. We had a large room, at the far end from Piotrkowska street so very quiet. AC didn’t work properly from the beginning but staff solved it quickly. Excellent wifi. We found two English language channels on TV. Very nice breakfast buffet, with specialty coffees, was included in our room rate. Special nod to Victor, a waiter who was very polite and professional. Actually, the entire staff of the hotel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We had dinner in the restaurant and would come back for that too. Nice ambiance, good food and great music, at just the right volume. They have several parking spots at extra charge in the courtyard, a bit tight in the evening, but the staff helps with finding the spot. One small suggestion for improvement would be to offer separate shampoo and conditioner, as the provided shampoo/conditioner product doesn’t condition well. I will be recommending Pietryna to al my friends and would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel has been beautifully renovated, maintaining an authentic charm while offering modern comfort. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated, a perfect blend of tradition and style. Located on an old, character-filled street within walking distance of great coffee shops and restaurants, it’s an ideal spot to explore the area on foot. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a genuine and comfortable experience!

Lovely hotel and excellent breakfast buffet ! Room was beautifully decorated and bed very comfortable. Only complaint was that in early hours (around 4am) there was a huge amount of noise inside the hotel and people banging doors and general disturbance for quite a while etc.

L'hôtel est très bien placé et permet de se rendre à pieds à plein d'endroits emblématique de la ville. Le petit déjeuner offre beaucoup de choix de très bonnes choses. Le service est très gentil et attentif. Bravo !
