“Enjoyed a short stay with my husband and step-son while considering Cal Poly Humboldt as a prospective student. The property is exactly as pictured. Super clean and tidy, new kitchen with beautiful appliances. The bathroom inspired me to redo my own! Comfy beds with cozy comforters and pillows. “The place was perfect for our visit. Walking distance to Humboldt campus and downtown. Cute little cottage with all the appropriate accommodations to make for a lovely stay. The property managers were quick to respond to any questions we had. We met the property owner as well who was lovely and made us feel very welcome. “We had a lot of fun at this home. It was just big enough for the 4 of us. We enjoyed the hot tub which seemed to be well maintained. The Sauna didn't get up to temperature. It only got up to about 115 and then started to cool off again so I am not sure if it is broken or not. The bikes were great too. The house is a short walk from many stores and restaurants, and close to campus, the community forest and disc golf. If you are staying in Arcata this place is great!”
