"The couple that owns this property are too sweet. Unfortunately, the storm the night before took out the internet but Todd came over right away and tried to trouble shoot it. Despite not being successful, he kept me up to date about the situation while being respectful of my privacy and stay. He even brought over a beautiful gift to say sorry. "The kayaks all had holes. I had to unload dishes and laundry that were not mine. There was glass on the floor from a broken window that did not get cleaned up right. The dock has no electricity running to it. The dock is no where near the water. Its not a private cove as advertised. The owner did nothing to make our stay the way it should have been. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WILL NOT BE RETURNING."

"We were very pleased with our stay and proximity to Revielle Park Ranch. The property is located on a very busy road, which didn't bother us but should be noted. We did walk to the boat dock and enjoyed watching the sunset. Lots of towels were provided which I appreciated.And the host provided a basket of snacks which also was greatly appreciated."

"We absolutely loved the house. It was spotless and so comfortable. The ping pong table was an extra bonus. We hung out out the dock playing in the water and took the vanishing river nature cruise. Stacy was the best host - I loved the pre arrival info with suggestions on things to do. she really was the nicest host we have ever had. I forgot my charger and she made the extra effort to return to me. If you are looking for a peaceful beautiful get away this is the spot!"

"My family and I stayed here for a quick weekend get away. It was the perfect way to get the kids exploring and experiencing all that nature has to offer. The creek was flowing which made for great exploring. The pool cooled us off after walking around with goats and horses. My kiddos could not have been more in love than they were with the baby goats on the property. The cottage was perfect for our family of five and had all the necessities. "This is a hidden gem in the Texas hill country! John and Karen have gone above and beyond as top notch hosts! They have thought of every single detail inside and outside.
