“This place is magical!!!!! The host was amazing and so communicative - readily available on the property and was able to answer questions as well as drive us to get food in town and to the train station! Ample space for guests and the property is beautiful. The pool area is great and comes with fun floats / fun activities for near the pool. The ambiance of the outdoor dining area is lovely and the check in/out process was easy. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!!”

“This place was exactly what we wanted — a historic villa in the Tuscan countryside. The house was easy to find, and it is gorgeous — lovingly appointed and maintained. There are hints of its history, including a magical attic room with volumes of reference books. There are many cute towns and wineries in easy driving distance. Our hosts were amazing, responding immediately to any questions or needs. We all wished I had booked a longer stay. Highly recommend!”

“We were a group of ten friends staying in Florence to celebrate a birthday. A warm welcome awaited us. The villa itself is sizable, though for a little extra we hired the cottage too. All the rooms are tastefully, ornately and traditional appointed while all the bathrooms (most are ensuite) are wonderfully modern. The grounds are extensive (you occasionally see the gardeners during the morning) affording you a privacy hard to find elsewhere in Florence. The lanai has a large table to seat all……

“We arrived after dark, tired from long overnight flight. We had no water pressure upstairs and no hot water anywhere. This was corrected the next day. One on-suite toilette would not flush properly and leaked at the grinder motor. A "tech" was called in. He informed us that he could not fix it, they would need to call someone else. When we continued to report the issue to the host, she informed us that the "tech" said it was working OK. The "tech" informed us that it was not but he could not fix……
