Basic accommodation, fine for one night as it is located conveniently to Kings Cross station. Would not recommend for long stay as amenities and space are limited.

We would have loved Arriva if it had delivered what was promised. The website clearly described the rooms as having a fridge/freezer and telephone. In actual fact, they have neither. For medical reasons we need a fridge, so we had to use our larger litter bin as an ice bucket and kept having to run out and buy more ice. Phone-wise, we had given the hotel number as one at which we could be reached, as the Arriva website says there are phones in the rooms. So the staff were lovely, and the rooms quite acceptable (our bathroom door didn’t close), but — for us anyway — the gulf between advertising and reality was crucial.

We chose this property for location and price. The photos were pretty old or from their best looking room. The bathroom shower sealant had failed so if you had any water not go straight onto the base of the shower it poured out onto the floor of the bathroom. The bathroom mirror had big brown discoloration spots so was hard to use. The mattresses were so old that I ended up with bruises from the springs. There is almost no noise control between rooms or work in the building. You could hear everything from your neighbors and staff was often doing very loud work at about 7 AM. Thankfully we are awake early and could just start our day early but nothing nearby even opens until 8AM including coffee shops. Made for a frustrating way to start most days.

One of our rooms on the top floor had stained carpet from possible roof leaks and it smelled musty. Front desk personnel were accommodating. We were able to check in an hour early.

Its walking distance to kingscross and eurorail station . Its good and clean hotel the downside is the shower the water flows slowly theres no pressure at all and ut gets hot and cold not a steady water temperature.

Dirty, shower just a trickle hardly worked and just a sliding door do no privacy. As for the noise actually in the hotel and outside due to rotting rubbish windows really noisy. Decor awful hanging off walls etc. and the lift not working so had to carry everything to 3rd floor.

Good price for a hotel near King’s Cross. A bed, a shower, coffee in room and daily cleaning. By no means luxurious but then the price reflects that so can’t complain.

It was basic and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The rooms were cosy. The sink didn’t drain well. Overall a great value place to stay close to central London.

At check the man said I hadn’t paid even though I had a receipt from Expedia that it had been paid, after a lot of checking he gave me the key, the place was so hot in the room even though radiator wasn’t on and even opening windows didn’t help and was right next to very busy road, the positives were it was close to King’s Cross stn and beds were comfy

I had booked for 3 nights & was disappointed to be put on the ground floor in a very old dingy room right next to the lift. On asking if I could change rooms, they kindly moved me the next day to a newer renovated room on another floor which I appreciated.

Ideal for a one-off night when heading to St Pancras International station and need a cheap place to stay, but I wouldn't otherwise recommend this hotel for pleasure. It was very small, run down, and very loud (you could hear all the neighbouring rooms, and lots of noise outside).

Poorly decorated. Tv was tiny on the bare wall. Very basic. Started drilling at 8.15 am without warning. When asked why we were not told beforehand, the receptionist just shrugged and said sorry. Tea and coffee facilities good.

I just stayed for one day here. It is walkable from train but not convienient with luggage. But overall, they let us keep the luggage in the luggage room and was able to go around the area, still prefer the area closer to paddington station

Room 3 where my daughter and granddaughter were staying was situated in basement,carpet in corridor was unlevel and trip hazard. Couldn't get a warm shower,hairdryer not working. Windows were old and could hear all noise from outside,wind coming through.

The rooms aren’t large but big enough. Spent most of our time exploring the neighbourhood. A easy walk to 2 major undergrounds and plenty of buses nearby. The water was hot and plentiful, there was tea & milk in the rooms and the bath towels were fluffy. Beds were comfortable. There was construction in the neighbourhood you could hear but only after 8 in the am. Other than that the place was bustling and quiet at night.

Rude reception staff and mice living in the bed in my room. From the sounds of receptionist wasn’t the first incident and didn’t even get an apology from anyone in the hotel. They refused a refund even though I didn’t stay more than an hour in the hotel and only got my money back from claiming against my credit card. If I could rate this zero stars then I would and don’t recommend anyone stay here for fear of your own health and safety.
