Staff was excellent in customer service and knowledgeable of the area. Very attentive to our needs. We'd stay again if we return to London. Loved our stay.
Super location. They even offer a free champagne for us. Room is big. Breakfast is good.

I have never before thought about not writing a review of a hotel. The reason is very selfish. This hotel is so very good and we always want to find availability when we want to visit London again. It is just amazing. The location is perfect. It is right in the middle of Covent Gardens. There are so many transport options from the hotel. There are so many places to choose to eat. The rooms are so big for London standards. It has giant king size bed . It has modern plumbing. The best part of the bathroom is that the toilet is separate. The rooms are also very modern. There is also a turn down service in the evenings. We just love this little extra spoil. There is a kettle, nespresso machine and a mini fridge in the room. And to top it all, the hairdryer is a Dyson. The staff at the hotel are wonderful, helpful and friendly. The breakfasts are incredible and so are the views from the breakfast room. Now, you can understand why we would like to keep it a secret.

Exceptional staff, so polite and friendly! Nothing was too much trouble, amazing service from booking taxis to city recommendations. They couldn’t do enough for you! Great door man and reception staff! Would definitely visit again.

A great value overall
Overall a great value for the price, however, I've stayed here for the past 10 years and this visit I started seeing it's age. The rooms need a bit of a facelift and seemed older and a bit untidy. The staff was awesome.

Amazing property and staff! Everyone was helpful check in was a breeze and room was great. I took off one star for service because we dined at Luciano and the service was really bad. It was like they forgot about us. Server kept apologizing for not checking up on us and bringing stuff late so they were aware of it too.

Property was in a wonderful location, very walkable to most tourist attractions. It was safe and walkable. All the theaters were there and restaurants. It was not a traditional London property, but it was very clean and service was amazing. The hallways were dark. The hotel had more of a Miami vibe, but I would definitely stay there again just for the convenience there is a college in the area so plenty of people walking around during the days

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my convenience and comfort. The cleanliness and attention to detail was immaculate. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Central London for business or pleasure.

Overall clean and safe property in a nice area in the heart of London close to transportation, restaurants, entertainment. Staff is courteous and nice. What I did not like are the dark walls, everything is dark on the different floors, there are no lights, the walls are dark, creepy.

Property is located right in the West End area. Reception is.... stunning. You have to see it to believe it. One of the most unique hotels I have stayed in . We stayed in 3 hotels in our 10 day stay in UK and France and this had the largest rooms as well as the best service ( the higher price was worth it ). First room had a door issue....was minor but staff went above and beyond to accommodate. Rooftop restaurant is amazing ( although service up there needs help.... didnt consider that part of the hotel experience ). Highly recommend.

This was the worst hotel experience I have had in my 20 years of traveling. The customer service and communication are extremely poor. I reached out to management via email many days ago and told the staff of my unsatisfactory stay, but have yet to hear from anyone from the hotel.

Booked a room at the ME for my girlfriends birthday for us to get to the hotel and be told they had overbooked the rooms and there was none left and there was nothing they could do about it as they physically didn’t have any rooms. So was left in London on a Saturday afternoon with no room and prices had dramatically increased with no other option but to get a room elsewhere

need to advertise correctly! as i am a smoker I chose this hotel as it stated smoking in designated areas! but to find out the only way you can have a cigarette is to book a room with a terrace! Not even allowed at the rooftop bar
