"The hotel has a great location, with many restaurants nearby. However, the bedding was disappointing. It was dirty and had bloodstains, indicating it hadn’t been changed. When I asked the front desk to replace it, they seemed doubtful, and even the new bedding was still dirty. A very frustrating experience."
"The hotel is nearby the West Ealing station, which can head to the airport directly within 30 minuets. The staffs are good. There is a outdoor restaurant inside the hotel, which looks great but we did not try it yet.
Overall, it is a good stay."
