EARLY CHECK-IN A HUGE BONUS
We arrived early around midday and expected to leave our case until 6pm when we could get back after a concert. However, our room was ready and they let us check in very early. This made our day much more relaxing. We stayed here many years ago and it has been nicely refurbished. The room was spacious as was the shower room and the fridge of bottled water in the corridor with an ice machine was very welcome. Outstanding breakfast quality at a fair price. Staff superb.

This property has a beautiful garden. A new owner did a nice job of rehabbing the property about 2 years ago. The rooms are quite nice, and it’s a decent value by london standards. I have stayed here several times (in Dec ‘25 and April ‘26). I used to also stay here even more frequently under the prior owners. It’s a very convenient location near the earls court tube station. If you use a wheelchair, I would not recommend. The bar and restaurant are both good. You don’t get much help with luggage. The main issue I have had both times is that they don’t get the bill right. They fixed it, but they routinely add charges without permission (an across the board service charge, without your consent, plus other incorrect charges). Ultimately it all got fixed, but it’s pretty annoying. Other than these issues, it’s really very good and you will love the garden! I go back for the garden!
