We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. We arrived early and although our room wasn’t ready, the staff made an effort to call us as soon as it was. We were then lucky enough to be upgraded to an enormous suite which had complimentary mini bar, huge queen size bed etc. The location was great for a central base in Chelsea and we also tried breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was was also highly rated. Staff were great - only a minor couple of hiccups where they accidentally double charged us for a room but this was quickly rectified. They went above and beyond to make this special birthday trip even more special. We will be back

I have stayed at 11 Cadogan Gardens a few times now since 2020 and since the change of management under Relais & Châteaux, I am disappointed that the general service of the hotel has gone down. Toiletries were not replenished the next day (it was obvious the cotton pads were finished) so I had to ask the reception for it. Turn down service was lacking, on the 1st night water bottles were not replenished and neither were the coffee. 2nd night, no one even came to do the turn down service. Someone just opened my door without knocking and handed me a bottle of water and left. That was it. My bed was left undone as there was no turn down service on the 2nd night. Also, for a supposedly 'luxury' hotel, why isn't there a fridge in the junior suite? Especially in summer in this kind of heat, you'd expect every room to have a fridge. It's not pleasant drinking room temperature sparking water when it's 30 degrees outside. Restaurant service was not great either. Breakfast - I was sat at the table for over 15 minutes without anyone coming to take my order. I had to flag a waiter down, and the breakfast was not busy at all. I've been a loyal customer at 11 Cadogan for years, but I don't think I will return now. The stay, and the staff used to make every guest feel special and memorable - there was a personalised touch, now it's forgettable and impersonable. Just like staying at any other highly commercialised hotel. What a pity.

Room was very small. Bathroom was adequate in size but no cabinets or shelves for toiletries. Air conditioning would shut down during the night and room would get very warm. Asked for someone to take a look at it. They thought it may be on some kind of timer and would take a look. Nothing happened. Called room service for some ice. After half an hour I got my own. I liked that our room felt spacious. We had a separate living and bedroom area. The bathroom had a fabulous bathtub separate from the shower. We had a private exit to the alley of shops and restaurants, and a very short walk away were a ton more shops and restaurants. It’s a very walkable area. Other than one night where we were kept awake for a while by a loud party in the hotel our room was very peaceful and quiet. James, the concierge was too notch- super friendly and helpful. Be sure to check out the private garden area across the street on a nice day. We would definitely stay there again.

I had the most excellent memorable and special time at the hotel, everyone was caring and so kind, looking after every aspect of my stay with expertise & excelence. The room was the sweetest ever, beautiful views and quiet of the lovely surrounding rooftops and trees.
