Jamás había estado en una habitación tan grande en Londres, el baño era enorme. El staff nos recibió amablemente, cuando tuvimos un inconveniente con nuestra habitación no dudaron en subir y revisar personalmente nuestro problema. Nuestro vuelo salía tarde, por la noche, así que nos dieron la cortesía de extender nuestro check out una hora más sin costo. Absolutely loved our short stay in this beautiful hotel. Quirky and boutique, it is perfectly located for anybody wanting to visit the South Kensington area which of course includes the wonderful museums and the Royal Albert Hall which is only 10 minutes walk away. A warm welcome, immaculately clean spacious and really comfortable room, super bathroom with a great shower and lovely large soft fluffy towels, tea and coffee making facilities in the room which were very welcome, air conditioning which was also much appreciated and a smashing breakfast all contributed to make this a really super stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and its lovely staff.

Super hotel in best London area. Kensington/Chelsea is where the embassies are. Close to Hyde Park and tube station. Room very quiet. We booked upgraded deluxe room and it was perfect. Very large and spacious. This hotel is unpretentious and maybe lacks some of the bling of others but it’s more quiet and roomy. More like having your own private flat. We would be happy to stay again!
