Great apartment and great staff
Spacious well equipped and clean room with nice toiletries. Small kitchenette with fridge, sink, kettle, toaster. Good location. Staff on reception super friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble

Wouldn’t stay again
Hotel is good and clean. But area is dodgy and no facilities nearby. Wasn’t given wifi code on arrival, which was poor, and info wasn’t in the room. Fresh milk in the fridge would have been nice and more than 2 tea bags! Sound of doors banging from other rooms was quite noisy, as was traffic noise from main road.

Bad area to stay at, not worth the difference in price for a more central location, friendly customer service, the check in screens they have dont add any value or speed to the process and they should have someone there, we waited on the street for someone to come an open the door, it's clean, very basic bed and poor quality of the sofa bed

Very clean and well appointed property, reasonable sized rooms, and attentive staff. Self-catering, so don't expect full hotel service. There will be people who are put off by the area. I know the East End so I wasn't, and I appreciate the easy connections to the City and elsewhere. I you want to stay in a glamorous part of London, this isn't for you, but as a convenient and pleasant place to stay at a reasonable price, this fits the bill.

The room and facilities in the room were great, clean and in great condition. Not far from Shoreditch and Central London by bus or car. The area is abit run down compared to other surrounding areas but as the property is a great and close to other good areas I wouldnt let that deter you.

A little overpriced for the neighbourhood
A little far from the tube station (different from my expectation) and the neighbourhood is not quite what i expected. The photo looks better than the actual environment.

Clean apartment with attentive staff.
AC was not working well on our first day, bu the desk manager immediately gave us a standing fan for ventilation. The very next day, the AC was fixed by the technical crew, so kudos for the swift action. The room is spacious and clean, with a simple kitchen, chairs and table. The bed has clean sheets and it feels great. TV was working, and toilet is good. No toothbrush given, but we had our own. Short walk from subway station, with Tesco Express nearby for necessities shopping.

Location was good and so was overall condition of the room. Room was clean on arrival, though service was only provided once during our 10 days stay and charges were associated with additional towels for example. Communication was not good. Nobody was available upon our check-in and instead of owning mistake, we were accused of not having rang the door bell (2 other clients were also trying to get in at that time). They are not forthcoming with information and you only find out details upon asking. They do not answer phone and want to communicate solely by WhatsAp During part of our stay (maybe 3 days), other clients must have been smoking in their room and the smell of smoke in the room we rented was overpowering.

Regarding the cleaning, as the hotel is like self service apartments, we do not go inside and clean the room every day hence why you only had full service provided once during the stay. As for the check-in, we apologize that you had to wait for someone from the hotel to assist you. We always try to open the doors and check-in the guests as soon as we can. Once again, we apologize for the caused inconvenience and poor communication that you received as it is never our intention to do so. The room you stayed in had a terrace where guests are more than welcome to smoke so it is unlikely the room was smoked in before. Loved the use of space. This tiny and well thought out studio had everything we needed and more. It exceeded our expectations and was a surprise hidden gem oasis among the less than savory surrounding area.

Loved the staff and rooms were great
This was our second time in London so we decided to go a bit cheaper and stay just outside of the city center. The only good thing about this was that there was a McDonald’s nearly next door. We didn’t really love the area but the rooms were clean and comfy and quiet. Also the staff were so amazing and sweet! I would recommend this if you are on a budget and don’t mind staying in a rougher looking part of the city.

a very nice place to stay, clean, staff were very friendly and helpful they even kept our luggage for a few hours after our checkout. There is a bus stop near it, overall a very satisfying place to stay at. I would definitely go back and book with them.

This is a brilliantly repurposed commercial building. The room clean and airy...full height windows...comfortable bed, small but perfectly adequate shower / toilet. There is a microwave, fridge and all necessary cutlery. The perfect inexpensive place to stay in Inner East London. The staff were brilliant...very welcoming and happy to make recommendations. The hotel is located in a commercial area and at night I would think can appear threatening. The local restaurants represent the local communities. Some can appear very rundown but appearances can be deceptive. The buses are good; the tube is 10 min walk. Staying here gives you a good base from which to explore and it is very affordable for London.

Looking forward to my next visit
Really good communication before and during my stay. The room was clean, small kitchenette with kettle, toaster & microwave, & sink to wash up (plus washing up liquid, sponge & tea towel). There was a very comfortable double bed, & a small heater in addition to the air-conditioning system. My only criticism would be there was no instructions for the air-conditioning; it wasn't hard to work out but I wasn't sure I had done it correctly until the room cooled down. The floor to ceiling window had a blackout blind. The bus stop outside & across the road went to the westend. Lots of nice places to eat nearby.

Amazing Accommodation

The staff were really accommodating and helpful. We requested an early check in and arrived even earlier than expected. Emma response almost immediately and had our room ready for us which was a huge bonus. Really easily accessible from the underground. Great price for the quality received.

Great place - not so great street location
It was a great place. Location was good too regarding access to transport and links. However the actual street where the apartments are located might feel a little unsafe, especially at night.

Amazing stay!
Amazing stay with so much comfort. 24 hour staff service incase you need anything. The building is very secure. The studio room has a lot of room and there are small touches like lovely bathroom products. A great Tv and additional table that can be used for food and also a desk for work aswell. Overall a great stay!
