To be honest, its not the worst stay, but the photos did fool me. I should have paid better attention to the dimensions. Rooms were very small, but the location made up for it. Literally in the heart of Chiltren st. which is amazing. The staff was very nice. Didn't use try the breakfast. Definitely clean which was nice.

We loved the property. Next to the tube. Pharmacy around the corner. Breakfast at the hotel was great. Staff was friendly and amazing. Will stay here again and again. Will recommend to family and friends.

We was in room 10 at the top of a stair case that was very noisy and creaky at night . The room was very small but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean . Breakfast was ok . No coffee machine working and I like coffee . Over all my stay was ok and would probably go back to the hotel again because of the location .

The hotel although small was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The area is perfect as it right in the city centre just a short walk from Baker street underground station. The room we stayed in was small and basic but privided what we needed for the night. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

The room was so small and the bathroom was not quite clean enough. The sheets had lots of small stains. Not quite was I was anticipating from reviews and the price. Staff were very friendly though.

The service was exceptional. The room, while small, was PERFECT for me. And my favorite part was the incredible water pressure in the shower and the seemingly neverending hot water. Looking forward to returning!

A gem of a hotel
We love this hotel, the staff are always so friendly. Rooms are well maintained, clean and very well furnished. The location is perfect, in a lovely safe neighbourhood so close to the tube stations. The breakfast was great plenty of choice.

Nice small hotel close to Baker Street
Excellent small hotel with a family feel, right in the center of London. There was a problem with the heating in my room and I was immediately offered a similar room on another floor. Excellent breakfast, with really good coffee.

Look forward to returning
Staff very friendly upon arrival, offered a late check out and breakfast was really nice. Bedroom was comfortable with great tea and coffee facilities. Only minor negative was shower head needed cleaning. Look forward to returning, we loved our stay.

We had a lovely stay. We need to get a late checkout on the morning of our departure and the hotel were very helpful in letting us stay until 2 pm.

Great place
Tremendous Hotel beautifully presented and superbly clean and tidy. The room was just what was required and was absolutely perfectly prepared. Breakfast was if I may mix my metaphors the icing on the cake

i stayed for work very good and nice to have nespresso in my room. Hotel staff sorted a small problem i had, they were very pleasant. If you want a hotel close to marylebone i would recommend.

Decent stay, great value for money
This hotel was a great alternative to spending £600 per night at the venue where the Awards Ceremony was being hosted, the staff are notably welcoming, the rooms are smaller than a major hotel, but perfect for a 1-2 night stay, great value for money. Feedback to the Management: I had breakfast at 08:10, the food was a little on the colder side than other hotels, I would address how you put it out, timings etc, but this is no reason not to stay, I am sure based on the staff I encountered that this will be rectified from this review alone. a 2pm checkin and 11 checkout, is just what you need when you stay in London, its an uber away from the train station And cheers to the fella on the counter who assisted me with my blasted bowtie! You a a gent :)

Nice little hotel in nice area
Nice enough hotel and very comfortable but for the price I was hoping for a bit more. Breakfast was nice but limited. Very impressed they happily stored our luggage on day of departure- very handy

A lovely convenient hotel for a short stay
The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms super clean and well laid out. The property was nicely decorated and well presented and in a good. Location, easy to find. The breakfast was good, there was a lovely selection and we felt the stay was good value for money.
