The flat is in a 1904 building near the Piccadilly tube line. Oliver is an attentive and helpful host. The flat is on a square court that can be noisy in the early evening, but the bedrooms are on the opposite side and are very quiet. The beds are firm and comfortable.
Cozy & well communicated apartament and an excellent host
Oliver’s appartment is a home and it’s warm & comfortable. It’s has anything you may need in kitchen appliances or extra linen etc. The beds are really comfortable.The area is quiet, with several supermarkets and well communicated by public transport. Oliver has been an splendid host. I would repeat the experience.
We had a wonderful stay with our two teenagers at this flat in Camden. Oliver was a great host and we felt very welcomed. Everything is nearby, the bus or tube are just a few minutes away and dining or groceries are easy to be done. The flat was excellently clean and Oliver explained everything very well. We can highly recommend this accommodation.
We were there as tourists to explore and enjoyed staying in one of London's neighborhoods. Spacious, high ceilings and we could keep the windows open for a nice breeze. Awoke in the mornings to quiet and birds chirping, which was nice for being in the city. We didn't spend much time there during the day. Close to tube and bus stops, with markets nearby. Host had an amazing booklet of everything you needed.
Comfortable and well cared for flat. It was perfect for our needs. Kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Everything worked as described by the host.
The location is excellent. The building sits back from the street, so it’s quiet. The flat is situated very close to a bus stop, tube stop, and an overland stop. No need to have a car.
It should be noted it’s several flights of stairs up to the flat. Also, the flat has a tub with a hand shower. These aren’t flaws, just facts.
The host was very easy to work with and answered questions promptly.
Overall I highly recommend the host and the flat.

My three friends and I had a wonderful stay. The host, Oliver, was extremely kind and responsive. The location was fantastic – just a short walk away from restaurants and very close to the tube and the bus. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and cozy, and listed for a very reasonable price. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and we felt very comfortable. The flat is centrally located and still quiet, shops are nearby and the tube is not far away. Especially when you come from St. Pancras station it is only one subway stop to Caledonian Road station.
We found Oliver very helpful and courteous and we received a lot of useful information and tips before and during the stay. If we come back to London and if it would be possible we would like to use this apartment again.
Lovely hosts, warm welcome. The flat is in an Edwardian development, Grade II listed, so no lifts - but short flights of stairs give respite! Traditional comfortable furniture. No TV, but super fast internet. Large kids play area - great community feeling. Very close to public transport, and nearby parking is available too if required. This is someone’s home normally, so everything you need is there and functional. No, it isn’t modern and pristine, but we really enjoyed our visit.
The flat is an easy walk to the tube station, easy access to groceries and restaurants. It was a great home base for exploring London. Oliver is friendly, helpful, and wonderful at communicating. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked. The only thing I would recommend considering is that there is a cigar smell from one of the neighbors that drifts into the sitting room, so whoever sleeps there should not be sensitive to smells. It wasn't overwhelming, nor did it affect either of the bedrooms. We had a great stay!
Das Apartment ist wie beschrieben und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist total nett und sehr sympathisch. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und es fehlt an nichts. Bus und Bahn sind sehr schnell zu erreichen. In direkter Nähe gibt es einige Supermärkte, eine tolle Pizzeria und ein Pub.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort wohnen.
Very communicative & helpful host, tried his best to keep the flat clean & comfortable, bottle of wine in fridge was a nice touch. Location is good, direct tube to LHR, one tube stop to Eurostar train. The building is ~120 years old & the flat shows its age (exposed pipes, cold & hot water comes out in different facets, aged wood smell). Handheld shower was a bit challenging. WiFi was good enough
Very easy walk from Caledonian Rd underground station on the Piccadilly Line makes fro simple transportation from Heathrow.
Ideal as a base for family visit in Islington, also close to Arsenal/UAE stadium. Much quieter than Central London zone yet an easy commute. Great walks to Highbury Park, Regents Canal. Spacious place, comfortable kitchen, fabulous attentive host. No lift: 48 stairs. Small neighborhood feel.
The apartment is close to town. Three good rooms. The kid room is rather small but works for a kid. Kitchen is good, and works well for breakfast. The stove is rather slow so you need to work on your patience but will work in the end. Easy Checkin and Dan was there to meet us rather late in the evening. We arrived at midnight and no problem to check in so late. When we leaved we just closed the door and everything was fine.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The property was in a fabulous location; really close to the tube, with supermarkets and coffee shops just a few minutes walk away. However, even though it was in a busy and vibrant area, the flat was set off the main road and very quiet. Oliver was a lovely guy and welcomed us and showed us around when we arrived. He made sure we had his contact details in the event of any potential issues. We didn’t have any issues at all and found the flat comfortable, bright and airy. We especially loved the leafy views from the windows, which you don’t often get in the centre of London. Above all, we really appreciated coming back to the flat after a long day in London with a sense that we were coming home, as opposed to a sterile hotel room. We would love to stay here again, the next time we’re in London.

Het appartement: ruim en sfeervol.Je voelt dat hier iemand woont. Er zijn wat dingen die een beetje slijtage hebben (kranen), maar de huiselijke sfeer maakt dat helemaal goed
De gastheren: heel correct, aardig, behulpzaam en grappig.We kregen erg veel nuttige informatie. Het huis was ook goed schoon
Het gebouw: beetje gehorig. De buren zijn gelukkig erg rustig. Het was 's nachts erg stil. We hebben heerlijk geslapen
De buurt: fijne buurt, mengeling van volks en chic. Genoeg winkels, pubs en restaurants als je in de buurt iets nodig hebt. Op wandelafstand (een kwartier) van Angel en Camden . Bushalte voor de deur en metro op 5 minuten. In een kwartier ben je in het hart van London

Endroit très sympa et bien placé
Très bon accueil. Un appartement dans lequel nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis "comme chez nous". Tout ça à 5 minutes du métro, et des bus.

Hat uns gut gefallen - hält, was sie verspricht!
Das Appartement wird vom Vermieter selbst genutzt; man betritt also eine bewohnte Wohnung (natürlich ist der Vermieter während der Fremdnutzung nicht anwesend).
Die Ferienwohnung liegt verkehrstechnisch sehr gut, die Untergrundbahn ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt, die Bushaltestellen waren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren ausreichend vorhanden.
Oliver war schon im Vorfeld sehr auskunftsfreudig und hat uns mit vielen Informationen über die Wohnung sowie auch über das "Drumherum" versorgt. Man konnte sich somit schon gut auf die Unterkunft vorbereiten und fühlte sich in der fremden Stadt schon fast wie zu Hause.
Die Schlüsselübergabe(n) erfolgte völlig problemlos.
Als Ausgangsbasis für einen Stadt- und Erkundungsurlaub ist die Wohnung für drei Personen bestens geeignet. Wir würden, wenn es sich ergibt, auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen.
