Nice bnb

We have to walk for 15 mins to go to metro station, the staff in the Bnb is good But it's quite difficult to find the man in office. We are rushing to airport but we hv to find the staff to give him back the room key, this is the first time I have that experience in my over ten years traveling history but when u can find them, they are nice and helpful The bedroom n toilet are okay, water is hot enough when the weather become cold at night. We stayed at the top floor, the wifi is not stable sometimes

Not worth the money

The B&B locates at a very quiet and beautiful area but the house itself is shabby. We didn't receive any warm welcome. We were given the keys and were told the time of breakfast, that was all. The notice on the door of reception asks us not to make any enquries out of the business hours. I really wondered what I should do in cases of fire, illness,etc. My room was not clean. I could spot dust on the desk, pipes and floor. The carpet was shabby. The kettle was sticky inside. The bathroom was cold, no heater or warm pipes inside. The shower place is really small and stained. I could see hair at the sink. I was very unhappy that the floor mat was mixed with the towels. Continental breakfast was served with cereal, yogurt, banana, kiwi, tea and coffee. The host was generous though. Well, the toast was hot but some were burnt because the breakfast lady had no control on the toaster.

Struttura vecchio stile con scale e pavimenti in legno scricchiolante che hanno il loro fascino. Stanza sufficientemente spaziosa per 3 persone, ma bagno minuscolo come da foto con scelte incomprensibili come i rubinetti separati per l'acqua calda e fredda. Wifi gratuito discreto, colazione sufficientemente attrezzata con monoporzioni di cereali, miele, marmellata e the e caffelatte a richiesta (scordarsi uova e bacon per intenderci) Letti comodi e che sostengono a sufficienza senza affondare. Vicinissimo a due fermate di metro (Jubilee grigia e Northern nera) e quindi comodissimo per spostarsi e a due Starbucks per la colazione. Una tripla presa a circa 100€ a notte a cavallo del capodanno in un bel quartiere e con i prezzi che ci sono a Londra è da consigliare.

Diciamo che per i canoni italiani la struttura è obsoleta, poco curata, la pulizia non sanno esattamente cosa sia, la camera non è stata rifatta un giorno, ho le foto , la colazione abbastanza buona, ma il servizio lascia molto a desiderare, la cameriera senza un minimo di sorriso, nemmeno una parola, sembra proprio che le faccianoun dispetto a farla svegliare la mattina, per i canoni inglesi probabilmente è buono, ma non per noi e capisco perchè quando vengono in italia gliinglesi vedono tutto bello e tutto buono, se tanto mi da tanto....

Shared hostel style bathroom, No wifi in higher fl

We probably wouldn't stay here again. We got a room at the top floor (4th floor, as Americans would call it) and had to haul heavy bags all the way up there. Wifi was not existent in the higher floors!!! The bathrooms and showers are in hostel style shared rooms, one floor below the top floor. It was less than ideal for those who aren't used to that. The building is very old and the floors are creaky, so much so that the parent staying downstairs from us came up to tell us to walk around less because the floors are creaky/loud. We weren't even walking around that much. On the upside, staff were very nice, especially the breakfast chef. Bed was comfortable.

Very friendly staff. Close to the Belsize Park Underground station (7 min walk). Neighborhood was quiet and had plenty of shops and restaurants. I would stay here again.

It is in a quiet neighborhood. The Property Manager was very quick in responding to our call because we arrived to check-in past 8:30pm. This is not a typical hotel with a check in counter. Past regular business hours, you will need to know the code to enter the bldg, and obtain the key to your room on the table once you get inside the property. Breakfast was included in the price I chose but they only start serving at 8:30 or 9am which we could not avail of because our city tour started early that day. I wish this was stated during our reservation.

Dreadful hotel, on the 4th floor with no elevator, dulux window over the bed, old furniture, toilet and shower on the floor below, rude staff, supposed to be full breakfast but was continental. should be a one star. when we arrived no one their, had to ring a mobile and wait. totally over priced. full of dust everywhere.

Cheep and cheerful

Overall, very good. We managed to park right outside for free..as it was Saturday. I had forgotten the door code but a quick phone call to the manager who leaves his number on the front door, sorted that and we were inside within seconds. Our key was waiting on a side table. Our room was basic but perfect for 2 of us for one night. The hotel is ideally located for a short drive into camden. Tea and coffee available. Beds were comfy. Room size was fine. Bathroom size was fine. The only issue we had was the following morning we made 2 coffees and the milk pods were "off". So we couldn't get a drink. Other than that ots fine for one or two nights. I wouldnt want to stay longer. Ideal room size for 2 people. Room 6. Breakfast was missing bacon, fried eggs, but we ate plenty of toast to make up for it. Yes, I would stay again.
