Its basic hotel chosen due to location. It was clean, beds comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. However noisey but it you are looking for a tourist budget hotel then it's ok.

Staff were not willing to help with luggage and were very quick to accord blame whilst we were trying to arrange our luggage into the hotel with their trolley in an environment with difficult parking and red route stopping restrictions. They were inconsiderate and rude.

shower drain was blocked, shower bracket for spray head way too high on wall. Bathroom very dirty, including some of the towells. main bedroom area was ok. its easy to be critical. but this are has to be a priority. staff were fine. On a general note , some readily available info in the reception area would have been appreciated RE bus stop locations and destinations (close to hotel), having to ask staff who's english is generally poor is not always a good option. on the positive side the staff we encountered made a good effort to let us in early, before their stated 2 pm threshold. would stay there again provided they cleaned up better...

Not close to tower bridge and in an area where there were limited restaurants and no coffee shops. Otherwise, for the money, it this hotel was great. Located in a multicultural area but seemed very safe. We had no problems and buses run regularly.

I stayed in a family room with friends for a theatre trip. Pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the room was. We slept well. It was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. It was clean and basic. The staff were very professional and helpful. The area itself isn’t great but we hopped onto a bus which took us straight to Waterloo in 20 minutes. It was really good for the price.

The property was really nice and reception staff very friendly and helpful. However it is a good 30 min walk from tower bridge and the area around the hotel was a little unsavoury.

Great place for visiting London
Basic but has everytbing you need forna short stay business trip. Parking was an amazing sellibg point here too. Not far to the nearest tube station.

The hotel was well located for London attractions and had secure car parking. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. Good value for money considering how busy London was during my stay.

The hotel was brilliant for what we needed. It was reasonably priced, central, close to bus links. The room was comfortable and had what we needed, having a fridge was really handy. The mattress could have been a bit comfier but all in all it was a great stay.

The hotel itself is okay and provided reasonable accommodation. It was vey clean and the staff were ail really nice and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful but not hot and eggs strange neither poached or fried. Very good bus service nearby and taxis regularly pass hotel. It is a shame the area is so shabby and no nice places to have dinner. Overall our stay was good.

I injured myself quite badly in the shower; it’s extremely slippery, as there aren’t any handholds or non-slip grips. I’m relatively young, and I’ve never fallen in a shower before, and I’m now very bruised on my left side— a definitely uncomfortable way to travel. I alerted the front desk staff that this could be quite a serious thing, especially for seniors. I would be shocked if I was the only person to experience this here. Otherwise, this is a fairly good location - about 30 minutes walk to Tower Bridge, Tate Modern, Elephant and Castle. It’s also on a busy street so catching a bus is easy, too.
