Good hotel, quiet enviorment

After 3 days here, I feel happy and will come back next time. Staffs looks cool but actually very nice and friendly. Breakfast is very good and large amount. You can refill coffee, cholocate, orange & apple juice, as a small hotel like this, its great. Room is clean and tidy but bathroom is small. I love the nearby environment, its quiet, especially in the morning, you look through the window, made me felt relax, forgot its not my home.

In a minute walk can reach Tufnell Underground Sta

I was allocated a very small size room for three persons. It just fit for two beds (one single bed and a double bed). The breakfast is not included which is 3 pound per head if you order. The price is fair and the quality is good.

Das Five Kings Hotel ist eines der unzähligen älteren, seinerzeit nicht als Hotel konzipierten Reihenhäuser, die im Laufe der Jahre zu einem solchen umfunktioniert wurden. Man muss also allein vom baulichen Zustand schon Abstriche machen. Das Personal (eine italienische Familie) ist aber sehr bemüht, die Zimmer so wie auf den Fotos abgebildet einfach, eng, aber für einen Kurzaufenthalt absolut ausreichend. Den Zustand der sanitären Einrichtungen würde ich als OK bewerten. Negativ ist die extreme Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer zu bewerten. Das durchaus gute Frühstück bestand aus zwei Spiegeleiern, Schinken und Bohnen und wird frisch zubereitet. Dazu vom Buffet zwei Sorten Toast (hell+dunkel), diverse Marmeladen, Butter, Müsli, Milch und Orangensaft. Da mein Flieger erst am Abend ging, durfte ich mein Gepäck problemlos noch tagsüber im Hotel deponieren. Die Lage habe ich als perfekt empfunden, das Hotel ist in einer ruhigen und angenehmen Straße, insgesamt macht die Gegend einen guten und sicheren Eindruck. Geschäfte und Pubs findet man nahe der U-Bahnstation Tuffnell Park (weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß). In Richtung Islington ist es ebenfalls nicht weit zu den Stationen Caledonian Road und Holloway Road und man kann Arsenals Emirates Stadium bequem erlaufen. Auch das Ausgehviertel Camden Town im Süden ist zu Fuß bequem erreichbar. Fazit: Tolle Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, Abstriche in der Qualität, nettes Personal. Ich würde wiederkommen.

God bed and breakfast til prisen :)

Det var super hyggeligt bed and breakfasts. Maskinen med kolde sodavand og vand virkede ikke - så det var ikke muligt at få noget iskoldt at drikke når morgenmaden var overstået. Wifi var MEGET ustabilt og jeg måtte benytte min egen data halvdelen af tiden. Der duftede rent på værelset og det var i ok stand. Der var en have som ikke var holdt særlig godt, men den var ok hyggelig at se på fra morgenmadsterassen. Det var ok afstand til metro og til byen og til camden. OBS! Det er delebad og toilet på gangen.

Located in cute, quiet neighbourhood off High Street off Tufnell Park underground. Takes no time to get into city centre. Staff are incredibly friendly and generous. Bent over backwards to answer any questions I had about directions etc. Hot, homemade breakfast and the place is always kept clean. Shared bathroom are a non issue. I've stayed here on two occasions and other than breakfast I never seem to bump into anyone. I've never had a line up to use any facilities. There are only 4-5 rooms per floor. It's not the fanciest place in the world but I don't go to London to spend time in a hotel, I go to be in London. It more than fulfills what one needs when staying in the city. Thanks Pino and gang for everything!

Look out for sunbathing foxes & cubs

Clean, quiet, (apart from all them awful birds singing) = positively green & leafy rural in fact. Warm & Welcoming. Does what it says on the tin etc. The 390 bus (KGX>Archway, Carleton Rd stop) = 5 mins walk away and runs 24/7 is Simply Epic One slight niggle = Wifi - do we need a bigger router for the number of possible users?

The hotel is around 10 minutes away from the railway station. The staff was very nice and friendly. Overall it was comfortable and simple. It's worth the money if you only need a place to stay. The only thing that didn't work properly

Il lato positivo rientra nell'ubicazione del B&b visto che dista 9 minuti a piedi dalla metro. Zona 2 praticamente vicina alla zona 1 dove sono concentrate la maggior parte delle strutture e dei musei da vedere. Per quanto riguarda il personale mi è sembrato abbastanza deludente, apparte il proprietario che si è dimostrato gentile ma la sua presenza fisica nell'edificio era rara. La camera era piccola e mezza distrutta, tuttavia per quello che ci serviva, rientrava nei nostri canoni, poiché dormivamo solo qualche ora per poi riprendere l'itinerario programmato.
