The Grange Lancaster was shut and we had no information about this on the website. On arrival, the only information was a tiny notice on the entrance of the hotel redirecting us to another of the grange hotels. On arrival at that hotel, there was no record of our booking and was directed to a third hotel within the chain. We spent over an hour after a long journey trying to check in. We were finally given a room with the bedside lamps dangling off the wall and a very filthy carpet. It was a nasty experience. Never again!

Disappointed and not very happy. The latest experience ruined the good impression I had with the hotel.
Not a very happy.costumer as the hotel charge me twice for the room. I’ve stayed for one night 16 October to 17 October which is all pre-paid and I supposedly will be staying for another night, 17 to 18 October but cancelled it with no fees as I took the free cancellation. So everything went well, until 5 days later, the hotel have taken the money from my account. I have emailed the grange reservation office and awaiting response and contacted Hotel.com for hotel’s inefficiency!!!
