A solid budget choice, boasting an unbeatable location just a five-minute walk from Paddington Station. While the rooms are clean and the staff is helpful, the building is quite dated and the rooms are small with aging fixtures.Expect to hear some noise from neighbors through the thin floors, but for a one night stay in London, it offers great value.

Clean room, friendly/helpful staff and close to St Mary’s hospital. We could hear people walking around in the room above, but it didn’t keep us awake. Good breakfast for £5 per person. We would definitely stay here again.

A perfect starting point for visiting London

Friendly staff, clean rooms, plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and perfectly sandwiched between Paddington Station and Hyde Park.

Quite a nice little hotel only 5 minute walk to Paddington Station. The staff were polite and friendly . The bedroom was a bit on the small side not much room to move but It was clean and tidy the bed was comfortable enough . The toilet / shower area was very small but again it was clean and towels were fresh. Overall for the price and it is London, the hotel was good . Would I stay again maybe ?
