This lovely 125m2 house is located in Battersea, home to the iconic Battersea Power Station and scenic Battersea Park. The area offers plenty of green spaces, trendy cafes, stylish restaurants and boutique shops.

This living room exudes a welcoming and classic charm, featuring a plush navy sofa adorned with vibrant yellow cushions for a pop of color. A cosy armchair provides extra seating, while a smart TV invites you to relax and enjoy your favourite shows.

Bright and airy, the space is filled with natural light streaming through the large window, creating a relaxing and comfortable ambience.

Step outside to a serene garden, perfect for savouring your morning coffee or relaxing after a day of exploring the city.

The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.

This property features three bedrooms: the first boasts an extra-large king-size bed, the second offers a king-size bed, and the third is equipped with a bunk bed featuring a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. All beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens for your comfort.

The 2.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Nestled in the heart of Battersea, this neighborhood offers a perfect blend of city living and serene green spaces. Just a short stroll away, you'll find the iconic Battersea Park, a riverside gem with lush gardens, a boating lake, and picturesque walking paths. The area is buzzing with a vibrant mix of trendy cafes, charming pubs, and various restaurants serving diverse cuisines. For shopping enthusiasts, boutique stores and convenient amenities are within easy reach. Nearby Clapham Junction and bus routes provide quick access to central London.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Clapham Junction, is just a 9-minute walk.

Heathrow Airport is a 44-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Great Location in London

Our family enjoyed our stay in Battersea, and the property was exactly as advertised. The location is out of the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas in central London, but these areas are easily reached with a short walk to the Clapham rail station or jumping on a Thames water shuttle, and the house has numerous restaurants, pubs and shops nearby. We look forward to returning.
