Excellent location, there is a tesco right across the street a bus stop in front of the residence and the train station is only a five minute walk. There is also a lovely park nearby.

Dirty Used Sheets on bed
Terrible cold room,dirty sheets on bed (no clean sheets on bed,disgusting,there trying to cut corners) ,no heating in the room ,radiator not working.laminate floor no rug and no shower floor matt. Don't do it,find another place to stay.breakfast not included in price of £53 but even if it was they only do cold breakfast only and they want additional for it. Overall very below par ,cold ,dirty ,over priced....no staff and it doubles as accomodation for there language school

A superb little residence that provided us with excellent facilities. Alma greeted us on arrival and was very welcoming and friendly. Room was very secure, clean and well furnished. We will definitely stay here again when visiting friends close by in the future.

Very pleasant short stay
Location was very convenient for the party we were attending. Everything was beautifully clean and new. The only small niggle we had was that we couldn't get into the WiFi . It said there was no such Network and we couldn't get sound on the TV for some odd reason. We were only there for one night so it was not worth trying to get put right. If in that area again, I would definitely stay there.

A1 place to stay.
Very Clean and tidy room, comfortable bed, no hassle, come and go freely, close to local town, friendly owner & staff. Would have liked the option of a cooked breakfast.

Really charming
First night in England after a long plane ride including a four hour delay. Sharon was very helpful in spite of the late arrival. The room was quaint. The breakfast OUTSTANDING. We even took a long walk over to take a peak at campus the next morning prior to sitting in the car all day. Just charming all around. (Only downside was that the local pub was closed every time we tried to eat there. Just bad timing.)

Flies. Lots of flies In winter. On the landing, in the bedroom oh and when I woke up in the morning, there were 2 dead flies on the bed. When I checked out I couldn't believe just how many were on the stairs, landing, window seal, floor. All dead. Where the heck were they coming from?

Beautiful hotal
This hotel was perfect for our stay in Purley. It is directly opposite Tesco supermarket. The hotel was spotless and lovely and warm. The room was nice and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was available but only until 8.30 so slept in for that.

Dangerous chairs!
The 2 chairs in the room were totally unsafe.They were wobbly and there were cracks on the legs so anyone sitting on them could have had a serious accident. We didn't see anyone to tell this to after we had discovered it so hopefully they will remove these chairs straight away. We had booked the room for two beds but on our arrival the sofa bed had not been made up. This was done later.The rooms are only serviced every other day if you stay more than one night so we had to make beds and do with the towels we had.

Lovely Stay at Hazel Residence
This is really comfortable, modern enjoyable place to stay, 5 minutes walk to the nearest train station and easy access to London. We had a warm friendly welcome, our room was spotless and comfortable and there is a lovely garden available to use. Alma the housekeeper couldn't do enough for us. We will certainly be paying another. Visit.

Brilliant! Very clean and friendly
Home from home. Alma is a lovely lady. She's very friendly and makes the best boiled eggs ever. Breakfast is on request and worth every penny. The cleanliness is 2nd to non. And very comfortable. My room was a good size with a lovely en-suite. As a lady Woking away on my own. Free parking on site and feeling safe is the top of my priority and the Hazel Residence ticks all the box's. I will definitely stay here again when working in the area and have already passed on details to my friends.

We stayed in a four bed room for just one night. Decent price for the area. Beds comfortable & room very clean with lovely ensuite. Staff welcoming & helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

스텝들이 어마무시하게 친절하네요 좀 이른 시간 도착했는데 반갑게 맞아주고 테라스에서 쉴 수 있도록 차도 제공해주고.. 일찍 체크인 하도로 배려해주었어요. 다음날 짐 보관도 편리했구요. 정수기 마음대로 사용할 수 있어서 물 쇼핑 한번 덜해도 되구요, 와이파이 빵빵합니다. 샤워실이 지나치게 작은 것 빼고는 다 만족입니다. 가까운 거리에 대형마트도 있어서 신선한 과일을 풍족히 먹었습니다.
