Comfortable night's sleep. Check in took a long time. Were not keen on cleaners knocking loudly on our bedroom door at 9am, saying they needed to get in to clean the room. As it was out check out day, we hadn't thought we needed to put the 'do not disturb' sign on our door, as expected the room eould be cleaned once we checked out (by 11am)

the staff and service was great! would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in east london.
two disclaimers: expedia says laundry is included in the hotel, we found out that they actually outsource laundry and you need to pay for it.
also for the breakfast, there aren’t too many filling halal options

The location is an easy walk from the DLR station which takes 3 stops to Bank underground. The staff are extremely friendly the breakfast is very good. The room is clean but the carpet looked tired. The bathroom did appear to have been recently refurbished .

Great breakfast and location. Only complaint is that we had called reception and asked for a few items (they have a sticker in the bathroom that lists complimentary items available) but when we called they said they do not provide these items and we should purchase them from a vending machine on the property instead.

Good location, key cards kept losing their charge so unable to get in the room, twice. Had booked via Expedia however the hotel staff were hell bent on charging me more money for extra made up charges.

The hotel is a very good value for a city break. Bus no. 15 is just a couple of minutes walk by which we can easily reach the centre. Staff was very kind and freiendly, we appreciated the delicious breakfast which was included in the otherwise fair room rate. We would return and would recommend it to others. Cheers!

The staff was terrible not helpful at all, the lady on the desk didn’t help at all after a long drive and arriving at the hotel to check in to then be told we had to pay a £100 holding fee which wasn’t told in the terms and condition so we was left with nothing to our name till it was cleared wouldn’t recommend

Good hotel to stay at and at a decent price as it includes breakfast. The breakfast was okay but very limited if you were vegetarian or vegan. The room itself was good and clean. The area was good for public transport and quick and reliable.

The room was clean however the mattress was soft which has the danger of aggravating my lower back. Breakfast had very few coeliac (gluen free) options. No mentioning of allergens on the food to choose from.

Really good stay. The room was just as pictured, nice and large with a big tv. The staff were all very friendly and on hand to help when needed. The breakfast buffet was great, well stocked with lots of options.
