Locked out of Holiday Inn Brent Cross

I arrived at Holiday Inn Brent Cross to find the doors locked. Staff let me in and confirmed that all reservations had been transferred to Holiday Inn, Wembley, but this had not been communicated ahead of my trip and I had no choice but to accept the transfer. When I arrived at the Wembley Hotel, my room was a twin and not a double as booked. I requested a different room but the hotel was full. The room provided suffered from excessive noise generated by the nearby lift which sounded like someone drilling and sound proofing windows which were not fitted properly so there was a lot of noise from outside. I confirmed the details to staff on departure but no offer of compensation for any of the inconvenience of this trip.

A hotel in london with a car park. Perfect for us. A clean tidy hotel. Staff were pleasant. Rooms comfy. More than enough breakfast options. Shopping centre just across the road for evening food options. We will be back.

Great London break

AC very noisy an needed to turn off at night. For the price this is a great hotel and near the tube to get into London. Also they offer a good shuttle service, but his is only one way.

Amazing value

The staff really friendly and breakfast excellent. They forgot to order me a paper but sent a taxi to buy one, no charge. Organised free taxi to tube station. Excellent value for money. Recommended to family and friends.

Okay place

It was a clean room but they weren't replacing the bathroom toileteries daily. I kept calling reception to request for my daily bathroom supplies. It is facing Brent cross mall but you have to walk through a foot bridge for about 10mins to get to the mall. Their breakfast was great.

Dista 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana ma la zona è buia e isolata ...sul sito propongono lo shuttel gratuito per i clienti da e per la stazione metro di Brent Cross, fino alle ore 21.00....mai disponibile ...perche fuori uso per 15 giorni. Inoltre gli orari per la colazione cambiavano tutti i giorni...nessun cartello era visibile ai clienti.... Noi siamo rimasti 4 giorni, la colazione era inclusa nel prezzo....ma per 2 mattine abbiamo dovuto discutere per averla ....

I really like the location of this hotel. We’ve stayed here as a family 7 times in the last 9 years and have always had a good experience. The hotel staff is warm, kind, and sincerely helpful (Paulina at the restaurant, Marco and Beata at the Front Desk, Shabani who drives the shuttle are all marvelous!), and although the hotel is now in need of updating, the rooms are still comfortable and clean. I was told they recently upgraded the temperature control system and the rooms feel a lot better now, much easier to regulate. Breakfast is varied and satisfying, with the main event being the traditional English breakfast (different types of eggs, back bacon, hash browns, sausage, mushrooms, baked beans, cold cuts, fresh fruit, several breads and pastries, yogurt, cereal, fruit juices, different kinds of coffee drinks). Restaurant service at night is good, decent choices, reasonably priced. The shuttle service to the Brent Cross Underground and Shopping Centre is regular and reliable (with set times during the day and night). Good wifi. The hotel is only about 20 mins from Central London by car, and it’s easy to catch a taxi to King’s Cross or St. Pancras. Heathrow Airport is maybe only 30-40 mins away as well. I’ve enjoyed every stay that I’ve had at the Holiday Inn Brent Cross and will continue patronizing it each time I find myself in London!
