Erg aardig personeel! Moderne en schone, wat kleine kamer. Maar absoluut prima voor een paar nachten. Prijs/kwaliteit is perfect, wij komen zeker nog een keer terug. Ontbijt is lekker en absoluut niet duur.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and polite, and the hotel areas were clean and well maintained. The bar was a nice surprise with a great Happy Hour and good drink promotions. The only downside was the bed – the mattress was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Besides that, everything went smoothly and it was a great stay overall.

sehr gute Lage. Hotel war sauber, Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Im Zimmer gibt es wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten und quasi keinen Schrank, aber für 2-3 Nächte okay. Early CheckIn nur gegen Aufpreis, wir konnten aber zumindest unsere Sachen/Koffer einlagern. Frühstück war für den Preis sehr okay. Manchmal gab es Phasen wo nicht schnell genug nachgelegt wurde. Aber ja, gerne kommen wir wieder!

The area where the Hub is is great, in the heart of the SOHO district and walkable to a ton of shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean and modern and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was neat looking and clean but not super practical. In order to turn on the light in the bathroom the whole room had to be lit up. And the bed was not very comfortable, the mattresses were pretty worn out.

Kamer was ok en vriendelijk personeel. Heel goede centrale ligging ook. Enig minpuntje: kamer lag niet aan de straatkant en bleek dan ook geen ramen te hebben, iets wat we niet op voorhand wisten. Een volgende keer zou ik een kamer met raam vragen.

エリザベスラインで空後から乗り換え無しでとうちゃします。ただし細い道をクネクネと行く必要があるので、マップアプリが有効です。 朝食のメニューは豊富ではありませんが不満は感じません。担当の女性がテキパキと働くのが印象的でした。 コーヒーやお湯などはいつでも食堂でサービスされています。 たまたまかも知れませんが、部屋は非常に狭く、荷物を広げるスペースが有りませんでした。

The breakfast buffet was good overall, but the temperature settings on the hot food bar could use some attention as by the time you reach your table, the food is already quite cool. The same goes for the automated coffee machine, which could serve hotter drinks. Front desk staff were welcoming and pleasant throughout our stay. However, the room itself could benefit from a closer look at its condition and cleanliness. There were areas of peeling wallpaper, mold or limescale in the shower, stains on the glass door, and noticeable buildup on the carpet around the baseboards and closet wall. A refresh and deeper clean would make a big difference.
